We loved our brief stay in Annecy, the hotel was in a great location, we reserved parking before arriving so that was seamless. It's a lovely hotel, nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Situation parfaite : au calme et proche de la ville. Très belle décoration. Chambre spacieuse équipée de la climatisation. Le seul bémol est la moquette. Très belle salle de pdj bien achalandée en salé et sucré. Machine à boissons chaudes diverses mise à disposition gratuitement de 13 à 21h au 1er étage avec croissants, petits gâteaux, bonbons, thés, etc. L'hôtel dispose de quelques places de parking à côté de l'hôtel. Dans notre cas, utilisation du parking public Carnot (proche de l'hôtel) avec badge fourni par l'hôtel. Accès : en partant de l'hôtel tourner à gauche Rue Pdt Favre, puis à nouveau à gauche Rue de la paix, badger à la borne se situant sur la route barrée, puis avancer jusqu'à l'entrée du parking et badger à nouveau. La sortie piétons amène directement dans la rue de l'hôtel.

Lovely and friendly staff. The hotel does not turn on the AC between October and May so roms become very stuffy and hot while sleeping. Windows can be opened but generally open to the courtyard where people make noise and smoke.
There were no tea or coffee in the rooms but they offer communal drinks along the stairs and during breakfast.

Çok güzel bir konuma sahip ve harika bir seçim. Her yere yürüme mesafesi gidebileceğiniz, tren garının yanında, mağazalar ve restoranlara yakın. Odaları geniş, ferah ve tertemiz. Kahvaltı salonununda yerel peynirleri ile çok iyi bir kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz, ayrıca ücretsiz olarak kahve ve kruvasan seçeneği de var.

Great stay! Nice comfort and staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked well and the bedroom was comfortable. Staff did a great job cleaning the room and the courtesy tea and coffee was nice in the afternoon. Super close the train station and old Annecy, shopping, and the lake.
