"The receptionist didn't explain how to use the elevator keys. Many people thought the elevator was broken and kept getting on and off. Some even took the stairs. Even though the elevator was right there, no front desk staff came to help or show us how to use it. We had to learn how to use the keys from other guests. I've never seen a hotel so disorganized and uncaring."

"Well located stay in Annecy! Great 3 nights at the Adagio Aparthotel Annecy. As a couple, the space was fantastic! Having a fully equipped kitchenette saved us money and stress, allowing for easy breakfasts and picnics by the stunning lake. The apartment was clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. While it's a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, it's a pleasant stroll and is close to supermarkets. Only negative point would be the lack of cleaning during our stay. Not sure why.. Nevertheless, it remains a great value for money, especially for families or anyone wanting more than just a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect stay, but overpriced for what it is. We didn't have shower gel; the bottle was empty. And for breakfast, it's a real shame to serve all that cold cuts and cheese, especially since some people don't eat meat or pork and find it bothersome. Luckily, your employee was very attentive. But overall, the service is still mediocre for the price... too much noise at night, and in the lake-facing room, it was impossible to sleep... otherwise, the location is perfect, and the parking lot across the street is great and partially covered by the hotel."
