Not good value for money. Looks like a quick hotel. The hotel's free parking only has 2-3 spaces, which requires reservation and is only suitable for small cars. The Toyota Corolla we drove was not small enough. There is a large paid public parking lot at the door, which is quite convenient. Opposite the hotel is the train station. Annecy itself is also very small, so the hotel is not inconveniently located anywhere.

It's a pretty good hotel. It's in a great location. It's not too far from Lake Annecy. It's only a 10-minute walk away. There's a commercial street in the middle where you can have a meal. It's even closer to the train station, which is 500m away.

Nous avons été enchanté de notre nuit dans cet hôtel à l’occasion du marathon d’Annecy. Accueil impeccable, chambre très agréable et parfaitement insonorisé. Petits-déjeuners copieux et de très bonne qualité avec un choix très divers. Parking conseillé à réservé Localisation plein centre qui nous a permise de nous déplacer à pieds tout le week-end. Nous recommandons fortement.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Nice rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, newly renovated. The hotel was very well situated, in walking distance to the train station and near central Annecy. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely go back there again.

L’hôtel est bien placé (face à la gare d’Annecy), les chambres sont propres et le bar est agréable. En revanche, l’hôtel est extrêmement mal insonorisé et l’intérieur est assez triste. Les salles de bain sont assez mal organisées (très grand espace mais les toilettes sont collées au lavabo). Bref hôtel relativement cher par rapport aux prestations proposées
