Nous avons loué un Studio pour 2 nuits , appart hôtel de 5 étoiles, Une honte , sale , coussins déchirés , poussière , prestations qui n’existent pas , et très bruyant. Douche Hammam juste un gadget, 35 chaînes international, je les cherche encore. Et appartement soit disant insonorisé, J’imagine les personnes qui louent en été ou le week-end , des restaurants et bistrots tout autour, bruit insupportable. Quelle honte de louer pour un 5 étoiles, Surtout le prix.

The warm and caring welcome from the owner, the great care for his guests, the quality of the beds, the cleanliness of the premises, the quality of the decoration and all the equipment made available in the apartment, the ideal location right in the center of the old town, the proximity of the very inexpensive underground car park, added to the quality of the products offered in the breakfast basket left every morning in front of the door, made our 3 night stay an idyllic moment in the heart from the "Venice of the Alps"...Thank you very much for your generosity, your commitment and your desire to do well shines through in every detail of the service you offer! Le logement est très beau, atypique dans un cadre sympa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le surclassement en chambre triplex. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Calme et bien équipé. Beaucoup de charme avec sa cheminée. Très bonne literie. Petite cuisinette bien équipée. Le ménage devrait être plus soigné. Certaines prises ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le hammam, tellement dommage. Nous avons sollicité l’agence par sms (comme proposé) mais aucune réponse. Lors de l’arrivée, la réservation du petit déjeuner n’apparaissait pas sur leur registre. Finalement, le souci réglé rapidement, nous l’avons convenu le lendemain à 8 h. Le lendemain, nous avons dû le réclamer (plusieurs fois car pas de réponse), car il avait été oublié. Nous avons attendu 1 h 30. Heureusement qu’il était délicieux, livré en chambre dans un panier.
Pour un logement de ce standing, plusieurs améliorations seraient à prévoir.

Our room was a small but charming duplex for 4 persons, The managers are Peter and his wife, very friendly and caring
The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate.

Excellent Cuisine We visited the restaurant several times which we don’t usually do when travelling, so that shows how good this place is. Excellent food, all cooked to order, no fast food here. Attentive service and if matters to you they speak english.

If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

Appart’ hôtel bien situé. Parking à proximité. Bâtiment rénové avec soins, Super déco et meubles de qualité. L’aménagement est vraiment bien pensé. L’accueil est également très sympathique. Des petites améliorations pourraient être apportées concernant la « prise en main » des lieux. Il manque un petit livret d’accueil détaillant, le mode d’emploi de la climatisation, du chauffage, de la télé, des enceintes hi-fi, du four micro ondes… Certaines ampoules et prises ne fonctionnent pas. petit-déjeuner sympa avec produits de qualité laisse dans un panier d’osier devant la porte .
