The location of the hotel is relatively remote, on the mountain, suitable for those who have a car and drive themselves. But the facilities are good, but the room is relatively small

It was a little off town but you can walk down a forested path to get to the lake. Unfortunately, we had a guest with a sprained knee and still got a room that needed to climb stairs although we did have help with luggage up the stairs. The hotel only works with private hire cars and we were unable to get around via uber or normal taxis. Cars cost 30€ for a 5 min drive into town. There is no meals in between 3 - 7pm when the restaurants open and having arrived at the odd time of 3pm, we had to find alternatives. The spa was lovely however we made a booking the night before for massages but the reservations were not captured. The reception asked us to walk to the spa for making a booking instead of just calling the spa. I received a wine with a lot of sediment at the bottom. The waiter apologised and that was it. Spa receptionist did not seem happy to serve us too. Great view of the outside from the bathtub.

Average hotel with beautiful views. Breakfast was extremely poor at a price point of €25 pp. Rooms were clean albeit very small. Spa was nice although would expect from a price point would be included in the stay. On arrival we requested taxi service to take us into the town (less than 5min drive). We were charged €50 euro. On our return we informed the front desk who just laughed. Extremely disappointed we were not prewarned. Although the hotel boasts extremely lovely views, for the price point I would not stay here again

Please see previous page. Small rooms (compared to family members who paid same price), spa not working but was not told that before agreeing ton payment and booking and noone told us breakfast was £25pp per day - had to pay £100 on last day which came as a huge surprise. This was not make clear when checking in when we asked and were told its included

Hôtel assez ancien mais très bon emplacement. Les services sont convenables mais manque de personnalisation et beaucoup de détails qui pourraient faire la différence. Il toujours inadmissible qu’un Resort & spa fasse payer un supplément pour profiter du spa et qu’il soit nécessaire de réserver l’accès. Séjour agréable et très bien pour découvrir Annecy.

Magnifique établissement au cœur de la verdure et à proximité du lac et centre ville à pied. Chambre superbe vue sur le lac sans oublier le régal du restaurant étoilé.
