We rented a Studio for 2 nights, a 5-star aparthotel, a shame, dirty, torn cushions, dust, services that do not exist, and very noisy. Shower Hammam just a gadget, 35 international channels, I'm still looking for them. And the apar**ent is supposedly soundproofed, I imagine the people who rent in summer or on weekends, restaurants and bistros all around, unbearable noise. What a shame to rent for a 5 star, especially the price.

The warm and caring welcome from the owner, the great care for his guests, the quality of the beds, the cleanliness of the premises, the quality of the decoration and all the equipment made available in the apar**ent, the ideal location right in the center of the old town, the proximity of the very inexpensive underground car park, added to the quality of the products offered in the breakfast basket left every morning in front of the door, made our 3 night stay an idyllic moment in the heart from the "Venice of the Alps"...Thank you very much for your generosity, your commi**ent and your desire to do well shines through in every detail of the service you offer! The accommodation is very beautiful, atypical in a nice setting. We really appreciated the upgrade to a triplex room. We were well received. Quiet and well equipped. Lots of charm with its fireplace. Very good bedding. Small, well-equipped kitchenette. Housekeeping should be more careful. Some outlets did not work. We couldn't get the hammam to work, such a shame. We contacted the agency by text message (as suggested) but no response. Upon arrival, the breakfast reservation did not appear on their register. Finally, the problem was resolved quickly, we agreed the next day at 8 a.m. The next day, we had to ask for it (several times because there was no response), because it had been forgotten. We waited 1 hour 30 minutes. Fortunately it was delicious, delivered to your room in a basket.
For accommodation of this standard, several improvements would be expected.

Our room was a small but charming duplex for 4 persons, The managers are Peter and his wife, very friendly and caring
The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate.

Excellent Cuisine We visited the restaurant several times which we don’t usually do when travelling, so that shows how good this place is. Excellent food, all cooked to order, no fast food here. Attentive service and if matters to you they speak english.

If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

Well located aparthotel. Parking nearby. Building renovated with care, great decor and quality furniture. The layout is really well thought out. The welcome is also very friendly. Small improvements could be made regarding the “handling” of the premises. A small detailed welcome booklet is missing, instructions for using the air conditioning, heating, TV, hi-fi speakers, microwave, etc. Some bulbs and sockets do not work. nice breakfast with quality products left in a wicker basket in front of the door.
