Gîte assez bien situé pour accéder à pied à Annecy, en revanche, il y fait vite très chaud et la proximité de la rocade empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres à une heure décente pour dormir.
L'hébergement est assez bien équipé, cependant le frigo est bien trop froid et il manque un tire-bouchon dans les couverts. Le logement est spacieux.

Enorme chantier à côté, au pied de notre chambre, avec des énormes concasseurs de cailloux des camions de chantier.... réveil à 7 h le matin par le bruit des engins. Oreillers, couettes tâchées. Au niveau cuisine, très minimaliste, pas de petites casseroles, pas de micro-ondes. Couvercles de Toilettes cassé et jamais réparé. J'en passe et des meilleures. A fuir absolument.

Le séjour était bien. J’enlève une étoile à cause du bruit. On entend a peu près tout de la rue ! Je trouve très bruyant mais sinon c’est très bien. J’y retournerai avec plaisir. Cela est super quand on veut visiter Annecy! J’ai très bien aimé et je le recommande

Très bon séjour Annecy que nous connaissons bien. Nous avons loué des vélos et l’appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la gare ferroviaire et le centre-ville.

Für eine Nacht vollkommen ok. Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Kaffeemaschine auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist in einem ehemaligen Indistriegebiet. In die Altstadt zu Fuß etwa 25 - 30 Minuten.
