A proximité de la gare, mais dans un environnement très calme, cet hôtel est une très agréable surprise! Un personnel aux petits soins, toujours attentif à satisfaire vos demandes; des chambres minimalistes en superficie, mais aménagées avec intelligence, et beaucoup de goût; une literie de grande qualité; et un petit-déjeuner varié où le gaspillage n'a pas sa place, et dont on ressort rassasié pour partir découvrir la vieille ville, ou faire le tour du lac en vélo électrique (disponible à l'hôtel)!

L’hôtel arbore 4 étoiles, mais la chambre était petite (lavabo de la SDB dans la chambre), et le petit-déjeuner n'a rien de copieux. Effectivement, pour un 4 étoiles et une nuitée à + de 150€, on s'attend à mieux.

Small, boutique, very well presented hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. A short stroll to the old town and station. Very clean and comfortable bed. We stayed 4 nights and the room is very compact. No drawer space, so I couldn’t unpack. Very little space for toiletries and wash bag as sink is in the room. The kettle is a plus, but it’s confined to the wardrobe so quite difficult to access. This aside, I would definitely return, the cleanliness is superb and the people outweighed the small design issues. A good choice!

Just returned from a one-night stay at Hotel Hébé and agree 100% with Snodgra55: either the Hébé is self-rated or operates on an eight-star scale. Certainly not a conventional four stars. More like a glorified three stars. Very helpful staff and clean. Location OK but not great. Our 6th floor room had a slanted ceiling so half the room was essentially unusable (perhaps even a hazard if you woke up at night and tried to walk to the bathroom). Furniture is practically non-existent (e.g., the "closet" is a 3-inch tube protruding from the wall with 2 plastic hangers on it). We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Nice place for a shower and a good night's sleep but hard to understand how it received four stars and TripAdvisor's #1 spot in Annecy.
