The hotel is very nice, cleaners good customer care and good breakfast

We have stayed here before and will probably stay here again. We had booked online and the check-in was very quick and simple. There was another person coming in after us so that is probably why we weren't given our breakfast vouchers - but that was remedied the next morning. One thing to note is that, even though we booked for 2 people - only one free vouchers is given for each room. It did say that in the booking but I had thought it was just a mis-translation. It isn't. So we had to purchase the second breakfast for the second person. 5,000 won is reasonable for the breakfast. There is a soup, rice, 3-4 hot dishes, some salad items, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, ramyeon, toast. A good start to the day. The bed was comfortable and the bath was spacious - really good after a long day of walking and hiking. There are many restaurants nearby.

Hotel is a bit old but great location and great service from the front desk. The only thing is I don’t get why they provide used soap on the restroom counter where the soap still has some hair and the toothpaste are obviously been used.. However I would still visit this place. Front desk people are pretty nice and friendly.

It was my first time traveling independently. I had read that Korean hotels do not provide disposable items, but they provided everything except toothbrushes. It was very convenient and hassle-free. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the food is good.

1. The service is very good, but there is only Chinese service in the morning, not in the evening. 2. The location is excellent, only 500 meters away from Hanyang University Station on Subway Line 4, and 1,500 meters away from Hanyang University ERICA Campus. 3. The environment is good, next to the Edong Park, and the surrounding snack streets, convenience stores, and Daiso supermarkets are all good

In the case of the facility, there is no indication on the valve for supplying cold and hot water, which causes inconvenience when using it.

The room is nice and quiet, but at night the air conditioner is light for no reason, hot even though it's 24 degrees. The breakfast restaurant is a little small. Overall, it's considered good.

I stayed here with my son and daughter for a family event and it was the best. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable rest. Both my son and daughter were very satisfied compared to other hotels.
