Really nice clean hotel

Very good

Nice hotel but dismal room, not up to 5 star standards. Very pleasant infrastructure and swimming pool. However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired… The sheets in the room were full of blood when we arrived. They came to change them quickly after our request. The carpet in the room was also very damaged. The buffet meals were clearly not up to par with other hotels we had the chance to experience before. Varied choices but few tastes, tasteless… Please note, taxes and others are not included in the prices written on the drinks menu. In short, no value for money. This hotel is too expensive compared to the quality of the services offered. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Golden Ridge is a great hotel in the Nuwara Eliya area. It is newly opened. It is worth staying here to experience the different scenery in the mountains when you come to Sri Lanka's tea area🍵

I stayed at Jinling for two nights and it was quite good. The hotel is located on a hillside. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The temperature is several degrees lower. It often rains. It is very close to the Pink Post Office and the Governor's Palace.

Another hotel in Sri Lanka that was seriously criticized...I almost doubted my judgment...I was completely afraid to book another hotel. My heart was churning for a while...It was the collapse of my personal IQ estimation and judgment...Value for money The lowest hotel ever! It feels really semi-** Very bad...The environment is like that of a sanatorium for business leaders in China in the early 1990s~~The materials are all very cheap~~The table will shift if I press it hard on the table while eating...If the price matches, I think I want to save money I chose it based on money. I am willing to accept this situation. After all, I cannot ask for too much~~ But the fact that I paid a certain price makes me feel like I have been cheated... and the sound insulation of the room is super poor... What did the next door say? You can hear everything~ You can even hear it when you take a shower... There are really many choices at this price, and it is best to choose one near the pink post office~~... Oh, I really regret it... After a day of bumpy roads, I can go to a comfortable place. The hotel will make people feel much better... super dissatisfied

Very nice. The room should be upgraded. There is a huge bathtub, but I didn't use it.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very comfortable and quiet. All the staff were friendly and the food was delicious in the restaurant. In particular, I would like to thank the miss Thakshila and I will definitely visit again again

This was undoubtedly the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. It was picture-perfect in every way. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We stayed on a full-board basis and enjoyed buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel offered all the necessary amenities, including heaters and hot water showers. The staff were very helpful and fluent in Sinhala, English, and Tamil. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Nuwara Eliya in the future.

Great service friendly staff good food room are clean the hotel is soo luxurious and on a cozy type it nice it the night the heated pool is great and they are games like 8ball pool good for friend and family I basically I loved this place the it’s best
