Bernini Palace Hotel Florence Reviews

A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

The room is also quite small, and the overall environment is not as good as nh. If recommended, I would personally recommend nh. The hardware is better in all aspects, but I received double breakfast when I made the reservation, which can make up for these shortcomings.

This was my first time to Florence and I’m not sure I could’ve picked a better hotel. The location was amazing and the staff were amazing. I would stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel is in a great location and you couldn’t ask for better staff! The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - we felt very much at home there and loved our stay!

Location is great Couple minutes walk from everything There was some construction work going on the staff apologized for the inconvenience & we were afford a bottle of champagne & a bottle of wine. Great gesture

Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel perfectly positioned in the heart of Florence. All staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Restaurant was also great - food was top quality washed down with a local wine.
