Large self-catering apar**ents equipped with all comforts! Located in an area well served with various shops, bus stops and directly on the beautiful Anse Royal beach! The hotel managers are very kind and always available! Only note: the bathroom in our apar**ent was a little dated and would definitely need to be modernized! Apar**ent cleaning 3 times a week! Furthermore, I highly recommend!!!

Stay at La Villa Therese with my wife and our daughter her husband and our young grandchildren, staff and management could not do enough to adapt our apartment to suit our needs, swooping out beds to suit and providing a travel cot for us. Even though it was self catering one of the staff for a small fee even cooked us a traditional Creole meal with the fish we caught during a fishing trip. There was free beach towels provided free of charge every morning apartments were clean and tidy when we had a couple of issues their maintenance man was prompt to resolve them. One great service provided was the apartment washing machine as with two under threes our daughter got through two or three sets of cloths a day per child.

Great place. Perfect welcome, very attentive and smiling, clean and well-equipped apar**ent, close to the magnificent Anse Royale beach. Close to many shops, restaurants. Really good quality/price for Mahe. I recommend with your eyes closed

Die sauberen Wohnungen sind mit allem nötigen eingerichtet (Geschirr,Toaster, TV, Waschmaschine...). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einmal gab es einen Wasserschaden im Bad, der aber rasch repariert wurde.

Very good service. Natalia and Patrik did everything to ensure that the holiday was a perfect success. Airport transfers were included in the accommodation price. In addition, Patrik transported to different beaches for a small fee. Fresh fruit was brought to the room. Beach towels could be borrowed as well as snorkeling equipment.
The wonderful Anse Royal beach is only 100m away! On the day of departure, another room was arranged, which we could keep for a small fee until the departure of the flight, even though the flight didn't leave until midnight. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Anse Royale is a very good place to stay when visiting Mahe. There are take away shops. It is better to have a car. The place is beautiful and you can swim at high and low tide

We really enjoyed staying at our apartment at La Villa Therese, all was so nice, new and clean and peaceful... and the girls at the reception were really kind. We recommend this place also for the position, you can reach the center of Anse Royale and the beautiful beach in a few minutes by feet.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach.
The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs.
They is also a good takeout place near by.
The bus stop to Victoria is near by.
The management is professional and friendly.

The villa was wonderful. The unit was clean and bright. The community was safe. Housekeepers, gardener and office safe were phenomenal. They were always cordial, responsive and accommodating.
Will definitely return to this villa.
