I really liked the hotel, the location and room are excellent, the breakfast is excellent. Attentive girls at the reception. The bed is large, soft, the linen is clean. They gave me the category number above) for which thank you Free sup on the beach. The only downside is that I had to ask for the floor to be washed and I would have updated/washed the sun loungers on the beach. There was a problem with payment through trip.com; upon check-in they said that there was no payment, but the hotel resolved the issue within 5 minutes. But the taxes had to be paid 2 times, while trip.com tried to figure it out for 2 days, as a result they compensated with trip coins.

Our experience at Constance Ephelia was memorable! The property is huge with access to 2 main beaches (south beach & north beach) depending on the time of the year south beach is unsafe to swim but North Beach is safe all year around. Additionally there are many hidden beaches along the coastline for ultimate privacy. Property is sits within the national park so you really feel part of the nature with many nature trails for hiking as well as kayaking through the mangroves, rock climbing and zip lining within the property itself. Their spa is probably one of the biggest and best we’ve experienced in the Indian ocean. The property is very picturesque, with many spots all around for photos opportunities. The staff will really go out their way to make you feel at home and ensure your dietary requirements are taken care off. They also have an on-site dive centre for additional cost but many other water activities included as part of your stay. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Mahé island, Seychelles.

Особо не раздумывая забронировала, так как соотношение цены и предлагаемых вариантов было идеально. Во время бронирования выяснилось, что оплату необходимо произвести сразу на сайте. По причине того, что банковская карта не подходит, провести оплату через сайт ***********. Было невозможно. Большое спасибо Mayna которая вошла в наше положение и подтвердила бронирование без предоплаты. С самого начала возникали разные сложности с нашей стороны, из-за изменения состава путешественников, появилась необходимость поменять номер со второго этажа на первый. Далее авиакомпания внесла изменения в даты рейсов, пришлось соответственно менять даты прибытия. Несмотря на все эти сложности, Mayna проявила понимание, и помогла нам решить все возникшие вопросы, касающиеся нашего размещения! Огромное спасибо! Так же Mayna организовала для нас трансфер в обе стороны. Нас встретили в аэропорту, помогли с багажом и доставили в La Residence. В La Residence, нас встретили и проводили в Бунгало с 2 спальнями. Хотела бы немного рассказать о La Residence. Комплекс La Residence с видом на залив Anse La Mouche находится всего в 50 метрах от Индийского океана. Очень красивые закаты и рассветы вам обеспечены! Международный аэропорт Сейшельских островов находится в 15 км, а Виктория — в 20 км. Так же на территории обустроена бесплатная частная парковка. Автобусные остановки находятся в 5-7 минут пешком, автобусы курсируют в разных направлениях. Так же пешком можно дойти по дороге до ресторанов и кафе 5-10 минут. Если пройти чуть дальше, то есть маленькие магазины. Комплекс La Residence находится на возвышенности, а выезд из комплекса упирается в дорогу, которая идет по периметру всего острова, если перейти через эту дорогу вы сразу попадёте на очень уединённый маленький пляж, он находится прям напротив Комплекс La Residence. Если пройти вдоль дороги на право после автобусной остановки начнется небольшая набережная и пляж, который тянется достаточно далеко. В один из дней мы так загулялись по береговой линии во время отлива, что ушли на несколько километров, наслаждаясь пейзажами. Автобусное сообщение достаточно разнообразно мы пользовались именно автобусами для удобства можно скачать приложение и ориентироваться в расписание, но в любом случае необходимо делать поблажку в 5-10 минут + -. Но для более комфортного передвижения можно арендовать автомобиль, на острове очень много вариантов. Мы останавливались в La Residence чуть больше чем на 2 неделе в бунгало с 2 спальнями 135 кв. м. The room is very large, the decor is designed and everything is very well maintained and very clean (room and common parts). It was a great hotel. With flights coming in early in the morning, an earlier check-in would’ve been helpful. Patric was very helpful and thoughtful. Also, there was Dorine who kept our room tidy; and Hamisha on the bar. All three made a great impression upon us. The gym has a bit too many treadmills and lacks in some other machines which would make a full body workout easier. I was able to alter a few exercises to complete my workout but it would be better to possibly add free-weights and dumbbells and barbells. Overall it was a beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Villa de Roses is located in a very good spot on the Mahe Island. Family friendly and as quiet as it could be. Beach, restaurants, Public transport, supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacy are 1 to 5 minutes away from where it's located. Clean and beautiful environment. Although, it didn't provide a few things such as hair dryer and change of towels and bed sheets and breakfast, but even without them we enjoyed our stay in there.

Have you ever eaten something that was missing something? Maybe an ingredient was substituted and you could tell something was not just right? Well this hotel is one of those. The property grounds are very well groomed. The buildings are constructed immaculately. The infrastructure is very well done and beautiful. The delivery of the product is just not up to what it should be for this expensive of hotel. We stayed here twice. On arrival and departure from Mahe to Nairobi. On the first visit, we arrived around 5 PM or after. It took an hour to get checked in to the hotel. Keep in mind that the checkout time is 10 AM at this hotel. So they had plenty of time to prepare the room for us. I am a lifetime diamond status with HIlton and they have my credit card on file and know how to charge it quite quickly. They know me well over the years. So that should not be a reason why it took so long to get us checked in. Granted it was a Friday evening check in so probably the B team was on staff. Maybe they had not been trained in how to run the computers as well as the daytime staff. So in advance of our second visit, I asked them if they could check us in a little faster than the previous visit. They were able to do it quicker this time at 2 PM (2 pm is normal check in starting time) but after an hour of in our room, I had to call to have our bags delivered. There was still plenty of beach time to be had. During the room orientation, I asked for a 2nd bed or have the pull out sofa bed fitted with sheets. The person said they would deliver a bed. I waited till 9 PM for them to deliver the bed. I ended up having to inquire about the bed but the person on the other line was a little confused on what I was asking for. Eventually 2 people showed up with sheets to put on the pull out bed. I guess they had changed their mind on delivering a bed. I realize that my expectations out of the Mango House maybe a little high after staying a week at the Four Seasons Desroches Island complex which was exceptional in all ways. So I kind of felt like I was staying at a poorly run Hampton Inn. In fact, I have had better service at a Hampton Inn in many cities. So even though this hotel has a really nice infrastructure, they have a long way to go to be at the level of a Four Seasons hotel as far as service goes.
