服務極差，出入停車無人管理，保安不理不睬；離店 十多天了還不給開入住發票，多次聯繫前台，推諉扯皮讓找財務，可財務一直不接電話。

設施老舊也就罷了，未到退房時間，前台來電話催促，讓一點之前必須走，有大團隊要入住。驚詫！攜程會員都是到兩點。各種協商，同意兩點退，好好的午休電話吵吵泡湯了，還怎麼休息？
開發票，6天了仍然開不出來，前台讓找財務，財務不接電話，再數次電話找前台，稱我們更名了，承包了，以前勝利的票我們不管，你得找勝利。出差這麼多年，還真是開了眼了，你們內部承包糾紛，讓我們客人滿場跑，找這個找那個啊？
對了，前台叫谷成成，男生，沒有服務理念，沒有經受過任何商務培訓，氣人的本事倒是很厲害👍解決不了問題，還理直氣壯的。謝謝勝利賓館，我會投訴到底！
