"I usually stick to this hotel brand, but this time it was really disappointing. I stayed for four nights straight, and not once did they provide a bath mat. The hairdryer was broken, and one day they didn't even clean the room (even though I put out the 'Please clean' sign and notified the front desk when I left early). I came back after 10 PM to find the room still uncleaned and no drinking water provided. This stay was incredibly disappointing, and I'll definitely think twice before booking here again!"

It really has an international feel! The swimming pool is beautiful, with excellent water quality, perfect for exercise and relaxation! The gym was clean and tidy, and I felt very comfortable exercising! The restaurant also had a wide variety of delicious dishes! Everything was absolutely fantastic!!!"

The room was very bright, and even with the curtains drawn in the morning, the light was so intense it was very disruptive to sleep. Also, please don't put takeout for both rooms in the same compartment of the robot."

It's very close to the mountain and has hot springs, so you can soak in them after descending the mountain. There's also an outdoor hot spring with great water quality. The air is exceptionally fresh, and there's a swimming pool that the kids love – they didn't want to leave! It's truly perfect for family trips! The service is excellent! They even included breakfast, with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, as well as steamed buns, eggs, milk, and more – all very good! I highly recommend it! The price is reasonable, and it includes hot spring tickets, making it great value for money!"

"I'm furious today. I booked a room for an hour to rest, and when I came in, the sheets and bedding were damp. How could they put damp things on a guest's bed? What were they thinking? Then room service came and said they'd change it, and found the entire mattress was damp too. They said they'd flip it over, but the other end of the mattress was firm. How could they let a guest sleep on that? What were they thinking? They spent half an hour agonizing over changing rooms, and it took them a whole four hours to get it done. Half an hour was wasted, and then they had the nerve to call and remind me, "Sir, your time is almost up, do you want to add extra time?" That wasted half hour, and they're charging the customer for it? What were they thinking?"
