Checked into the DoubleTree by Hilton Anshan, checked in at the front desk and received DoubleTree's classic cookies, as well as exquisite welcome fruits, which was great!!! Although the lounge was not open yet, the restaurant on the second floor provided happy hour , the environment is elegant and quiet, the food is rich in variety, and the drink selection is diverse. Although the morning buffet in the western restaurant is not amazing, it is within the standard range of Hilton. In addition, the folding clothes drying rack in the guest bathroom and the instructions in Chinese and English under the shower head are very user-friendly. Finally, I am also very grateful to the professional front desk service team of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Anshan, especially the front desk duty manager, who also left a good impression. Very good.

Although it is a hotel owned by Hilton, it does not provide the services of Hilton Hotel. I saw the online reviews saying that the breakfast was poor, and I thought, how bad can the breakfast of Hilton's hotels be! I chose breakfast by luck, the price is 68 per person, but I didn't expect it to be so bad! The child said, mother's juice cannot be drunk, it is blended. The breakfast sausage is even more ridiculous, using a large pack of pigmented starch sausage for 20 yuan. There are tofu nao, no fried dough sticks. May I ask, what to eat with tofu brain? Even the most basic breakfast mix is not done well. There are very few types of bread, and the side dishes are all cheap dishes, not even bacon. Not to mention the cooking series, if no one eats it today, take it out tomorrow, open the cage drawer, and cover it immediately. The only thing that can be eaten is the vegetable salad, which is still fresh. Boiled wontons and hand rolled noodles are also available. I used to stay at the Pullman Hotel in Anshan. After experiencing the Hilton Garden Inn this time, I immediately became a fan of Pullman. Will never change hotels at random again.

Objective evaluation, environmental sanitation is OK, service is really not good! First, when I queued up to check in, the customer's room card was placed at the front desk of the room and directly cut in the queue. I didn't ask me. This service attitude was too much. Second, I went back to watch TV at night and found that I couldn’t find the remote control. I called the front desk. The service was quite poor. I was impatient and told me that the room was full and there was no extra remote control for you tomorrow. Is it going to check out tomorrow to help me find it? I won’t come later. It is not comparable to the service of the white magnolia next to it.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The price/performance ratio is really amazing! The actual hotel is no different from the pictures on the website! When checking in, the lady gave me some snacks Environment: The intelligent system is well done!
