鞍山性價比最高的賓館之一。#衞生乾淨又衞生，衞生間乾淨，被褥乾淨！#服務服務非常熱情，有求必應，疫情期間更是貼心照顧！#位置交通交通便利，去哪都方便#房間設施設施很新，而且有辦公桌、洽談桌。#停車停車方便，門前停車位很多#房間景觀面臨人民路，鬧中取靜，毗鄰商場購物方便#性價比各地出差，鞍山來了很多次，住了很多家酒店，這裡是性價比最高的！

遇到裝修，走道有些臟，310地暖很暖和，因為310要搬床啥的，被搬到313，明顯的：不暖和了，空調也沒暖風，運氣不好。

地暖給力，暖和。運氣不好到達賓館已經感冒，前台借了温度計，前台耐心告訴我葯店怎麼走，出門右轉30米。吃了葯，好多了。

特別説一點這個是住的所有賓館裏最暖的一個房間牆皮銹的厲害牆上畫的人閉燈後有點嚇人個別地方花灑漏水水龍頭出水太小
