Paper thin walls- can hear people talking right through, broken shower doors and toilet which doesn’t flush along with many other things. The curtains are thin and bring in too much daylight when sleeping.
Guest service at first upon check in was horrendous! No kettles in rooms have to go downstairs every time for hot water. The shower water temperature cannot be adjusted and the sink in bathroom de attached from wall with only cold water- in addition the light is so very dim can barefly see when showering. LED lights near headboard falling off and wires sticking out.
Location wise it’s good but I wouldn’t stay more then a night or two..

The location of the hotel turned out to be very good. It is located next to the trolleybus station, the line of which goes directly from the airport and passes through the bus station. This is exactly what we needed. There are no more advantages here.
Perhaps this was once a good hotel, but now there is little that is convenient. The refrigerator is standing but not working. There is no kettle. There are some problems with the water. There is no shelf in the shower stall to put shampoo on. There are stains on the bed linen. There is no normal blanket.
In general, if you need housing in which you only need to spend the night, this is suitable.

Star Palace is not a beach hotel. The beach is a 20 minute walk through the center and the Old Town. The nearest beach is paid 150 lira from 9 am to 9 pm. Near the hotel there is a club where you can dance all night, a hammam, a tram stop. The hotel itself is quite comfortable. Breakfasts for an additional fee. The room is clean, there are all soap accessories, disposable slippers, face and bath towels. You can also watch TV and use air conditioning. I lived on the 4th floor - the elevator is silent. The staff is very polite, they don't speak Russian, only English.
