To the owners, since you asked for the review: long code for the door of the room. You should either provide a key or make sure you set up 4 digit code as for the main door . The one you have currently is ridiculously long and inconvenient to use every time. The large glass table was nearly broken, pls take that out. Overall I would recommend this property. Very nice."

Its location is very convenient, with many of the main sights nearby, and it has the direct access link to the harbour. The only thing to note is that access might be slightly challenging if you are travelling with a large car, as the surrounding roads are narrower. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and offers a very convenient stay overall."

"This isn't my first time booking this hotel, and the pros always outweigh the minor cons. We chose it based on several criteria: cleanliness, helpful staff, dark blinds on all the windows, comfortable beds and quality linens, good appliances, and a quiet location. But this time, I was very disappointed. We "rested" in a two-story suite with a terrace. We arrived around 8 PM, check-in was at 2 PM. We were told the room was ready. Upon arrival, we discovered that the blinds in the kitchen wouldn't open, the ones in the bedroom wouldn't close, the bathroom was dirty (hair on the wall), the kitchen light wasn't working, the spare linens in the closet were dirty and unironed, the shower curtain was folded in the closet instead of hanging on the window, and the shower didn't work. I immediately wrote to the management about all this. The shower was fixed the next day – thank you! The remaining issues weren't resolved by the end of our stay, even though I asked every day for at least the bathroom to be cleaned and the kitchen light to be turned on (it's too dark to cook). We had to hang the curtain ourselves, as it was completely impossible to sleep without it; it was too bright and there were flashing signs right next to it. To top it all off, there's construction next to the hotel. Please provide more dishes, cups, and teaspoons (one teaspoon per room for 5 guests). It would be nice to provide some dishwasher tablets. The makeup mirror in the bathroom could be replaced; it's warped and rusty. I'm so sorry the room was left in such a state and that my stay wasn't relaxing—I didn't get a good night's sleep once, and I had to leave the hotel during the day because of the noise. Guys, you had such a nice hotel. Clean it up and check everything before check-in! Create a cozy and comfortable environment for your guests in the rooms, especially the suites! I hope I can come back when you fix everything and write you a good review, as before!"

"The apartment is within walking distance of the Old Town, the embankment, and the shopping center. Everything is exactly as pictured; all appliances and dishes are provided. They contacted me immediately after booking. However, there was one issue: my flight was rescheduled, and instead of arriving at 10 PM, I arrived at 2 AM. The building entrance code worked, but the apartment code did not. I had to wait until morning because the hotel was unreachable. I called and messaged all the numbers and messengers. I only received a new code at 7 AM. Waiting for 5 hours was not a pleasant experience."

"The hotel was very clean and the service excellent 👌🏻 the furniture and the hotel is a little bit old, it could use dome improvements. I recommend the Spa and the massage packages. We took a couple cocktail massage package for 2 hours and 15 minutes and it was totally worth it. The food wad good, but quite repetitive. "They gave us a room that had very bad smell and there was technicians fixing things in the corridors. When I complained, they said they are fully booked and no other rooms available. They promised they will clean the room and fix the smell issue. They kept us waiting at the reception for an hour. When we returned to the room. Nothing has changed. I made a big escalation and that’s when they gave me another clean room with no smell. I lost my first half day at the hotel as I checked in at the room around 6:30pm."
