"On the day we were supposed to check out, we had an early morning flight to catch. We asked the staff at the restaurant to let us grab a snack but he said we should go and drink coffee-that we can’t take anything until 6:30am. I find that very disrespectful and rude, we have visited a lot of hotels and there are instances where we have to leave early and we’re allowed to get breakfast since our check out time is 11am."

"This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Kaleici, prime location for exploring the old town, and in close proximity of many excellent restaurants and bars. The breakfast was decent and the hotel restaurant serves good food. Service was excellent - staff/front desk were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is, some of the rooms get very, very loud music from the next door club. Usually this is not a problem for me, but even with earplugs this time, it felt like the DJ was in the room with us, and impossible to sleep as it went on till 3-4am. Hence we had no choice but to ask for a room change, which thankfully was arranged by the accommodating staff - very much appreciated!"

"The location is great, right across from Hadrian's Gate, making it super convenient for getting around. The hygiene was standard – nothing to complain about, but nothing exceptional either. You'll need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs, but the staff will help you with that; however, you're on your own when bringing it down. For breakfast, there are plenty of drinks, and bread is served by the staff. The restaurant environment itself is quite nice. The downside is there's no parking, so you'll have to find a spot yourself. Avoid the parking lot next to Hadrian's Gate; the owner is a nasty young guy who overcharged us because we're Chinese. He wanted 600 Lira for only 12 hours (even though the price list stated 24 hours, and he wouldn't let us park for that long). There's a Yigit Oto Park about 350 meters away that only charges 300 Lira for 24 hours, or 250 Lira for 12 hours, and it's open 24/7, which is very convenient."

"I stayed at Kont Pension for three nights. It's actually a nice guesthouse. It's a perfect value for money. The location is very central and superb. There was a gentleman there who took care of us, and he was very nice, helpful, and understanding. The breakfast was also satisfying. It's a hostel where you can spend the night and sleep and wake up in the morning. It's quite good. The downside was the many ants. I was a bit bothered by them, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The water wasn't very good, both from the faucet and the shower. It was difficult to wash. A little stronger water would have been better. The air conditioning was adequate. There's no elevator. Those arriving with luggage should be careful, but the gentleman working there was helpful, thank you. So, if I were to go back, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you"

"This stay didn’t quite live up to my past experiences. The full board package was misleading — it didn’t include everything as expected. Despite arriving at the proper check-in time and completing online check-in, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes, which was frustrating. The food, which used to be a highlight in previous visits, wasn’t up to the same standard this time. That said, the staff were friendly and tried their best. Overall, a letdown from what used to be a reliably good place."

"Very old air conditioning. He works, but does not cool at all. Just blowing a light breeze. It was not possible to sleep, it was hell. I'm so tired that there was no strength to find out. There was no password to wi -fi either"

"Rested a couple of days in this hotel, everything liked, location excellent. The room lacked a teapot and a refrigerator barely cooled. Otherwise everything was normal. The safe was, in the room everything worked. On the respiratory very positive staff. There is a Russian girl. Price-quality corresponds."

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon decorations — it added a special touch to our stay. The complimentary Starbucks drinks were a pleasant surprise and definitely appreciated! One small hiccup was the air conditioning — due to the cold weather, it was turned off by default and we had to call reception to enable it. Thankfully, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Overall, a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!"

"We initially stayed for 1 night, but after entering the room, we realized that we would extend our stay. The hotel is simply perfect! Customer-oriented, clean, with a beautiful design and interior. Quiet area. The room was huge (we compared after a week of stops in different cities, where they say one thing, but in fact you get something completely different). The room has a lot of useful little things for relaxation. Thoughtful details. Soft bed. There is a coffee machine. There are soft, pleasant bathrobes. The girl at the reception is nice, friendly, helpful. As are all the employees. At the beginning of our stay, we were greeted in the room with a bottle of wine and fruit with nuts. Thank you very much, my boyfriend had a birthday and such unexpected bonuses create a great impression of hospitality! It was very useful after a long journey. The Turkish breakfast is delicious! Food delivery to the room, too, the dinners were excellent. This is if I describe it briefly :) If we are in Antalya again, we will definitely come back here. We recommend it!"
