Amazing
HHATO111At first, the hotel felt a bit confusing and not so comfortable, especially for someone who hasn’t stayed here before 😅. My booking was on housekeeping, but after a while I started to adapt to the atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel is wonderful 🌟 — excellent service, delicious food 🍽️, and breathtaking views 🌊🌴.
Some small notes: the cleanliness in the corridors could be improved 🧹, and the way to the rooms felt a bit complicated and hot 😕. It would be much nicer if staff could guide guests through the pool or garden area 🌺, which is more refreshing and shorter. Also, the hotel felt slightly old-fashioned, even though it is renovated — the finishing is not 100% perfect.
Overall, it’s still a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay here 😊.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good, clean, the location is excellent. I booked a standard room with a view, but the wishes that I wrote in the booking were not taken into account at all. Upon arrival, none of the three rooms offered corresponded to the booking, the first room was offered without a window, the second room on the first floor, very dark and the windows overlook the promenade street (very noisy), the shower is leaking, the third is a very small room with a single bed for one person, the TV did not work and the windows did not open, but with a view of the sea and a destroyed building. When I asked why the rooms did not correspond to the booking, they said that there were no rooms, that's all. As a result, I chose the second room, but there was a bad feeling!

We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am
Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses
Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on ,
There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area ,
The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange ,
Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table ,
Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work

AAnonymous UserAmazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

SSabina UmalatovnaThe hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-25 minute walk from Kaleici and 30 minutes from Konakli beach. We had a triple room; it was generally small, but clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate for us. The room was equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, shower, and toilet, all in working order. The wardrobe was quite spacious, fitting all our belongings comfortably. The room was cleaned daily. Do note that the rooms don't have balconies, which makes drying clothes a bit tricky. We used their paid drying service downstairs, which cost 5 euros per bag. The staff are friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff, though we communicated in English at the front desk. We didn't use the pool; it looked like it wasn't cleaned daily, so we didn't chance it.
There's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate, and directly opposite the hotel, a restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal if you don't fancy walking far.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
