GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is easily accessible. If you need to get further into the city, there is a taxi station 80 meters away from the hotel. The structure and architecture of the hotel is very interesting and well thought out when designing.. A green courtyard with a well-designed landscape. The pool is very comfortable. The sun is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool is cleaned and all scheduled pool procedures are performed every morning. There is a pool in the courtyard under a canopy with basic exercise equipment for those who want to lose weight and keep fit. They try to make check-in as fast as possible, even if you arrive early in the morning. With early check-in, we expected only 30 minutes of room cleaning at no extra charge. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. A good coffee machine. You can choose a place for breakfast in the courtyard, in the restaurant, or even on the hotel's outdoor place. The room was cleaned every day. Very carefully. We changed towels and slippers every day. Since this is the old town, late in the evening you can hear the restaurants and bars in the old harbor and on other streets, but this is in all the hotels in the old town. But this problem is solved quickly. just close the good windows tightly. The view from our room was on the old harbor. Very picturesque. I really liked the hotel, we will return to it on our next visit to Antalya.

KKate188We initially stayed for 1 night, but after entering the room, we realized that we would extend our stay.
The hotel is simply perfect! Customer-oriented, clean, with a beautiful design and interior. Quiet area. The room was huge (we compared after a week of stops in different cities, where they say one thing, but in fact you get something completely different). The room has a lot of useful little things for relaxation. Thoughtful details. Soft bed. There is a coffee machine. There are soft, pleasant bathrobes.
The girl at the reception is nice, friendly, helpful. As are all the employees.
At the beginning of our stay, we were greeted in the room with a bottle of wine and fruit with nuts. Thank you very much, my boyfriend had a birthday and such unexpected bonuses create a great impression of hospitality! It was very useful after a long journey.
The Turkish breakfast is delicious! Food delivery to the room, too, the dinners were excellent.
This is if I describe it briefly :)
If we are in Antalya again, we will definitely come back here. We recommend it!

Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive,there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals.
If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.

RRongshengI stayed in a luxury B&B for 2600 yuan, but it lacked the management and service of a star-rated hotel. I don't know if there was blood or coffee on the bedsheets, and the coffee machine in the room should have never been cleaned. The only comforting thing was the beautiful view, and the hotel's own beach. Basically, I paid 2000 yuan for the view and 600 yuan for the room.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
