Светлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

Guest UserMy stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute.
The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked.
The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children.
The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay.
For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all.
I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. Thank you to everyone at Rixos Downtown Antalya for making our family vacation so special.

Considering the March rate was reasonable – 2.5 times lower than it will be in August 2026 – this is simply a wonderful option.
The main plus is the food. High-quality fresh greens, a small assortment of fruits and vegetables, fish and meat (fish only for dinner), plenty of pastries, drinks – all quite edible and tasty.
Special thanks to the restaurant staff – they meticulously wiped tables and changed (not just wiped) napkins and tablecloths. On a Saturday, even in March, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to clear (most likely, this is a common scene in summer) (this didn't happen on other days). Dinner was more interesting than lunch and breakfast. A downside: the soups were spicy; they were tasty but spicy (I wanted to try local cuisine and I love cream soups, but the spiciness made it impossible). Naturally, this is definitely not suitable for children. However, it's worth noting there was a separate small table for children, perhaps with non-spicy soup, but I didn't check.
The bar staff were very pleasant and quick.
Entertainment: I don't know about summer, but in March, it consisted of very cheap performers and shows.
Internet: Excellent. A peculiarity: using the Yandex Go app is convenient, but to call a taxi in the city center, you need local Wi-Fi; using foreign mobile data is hit or miss.
Rooms: Family room, very small balcony, with a side view of the sea. Sitting on the balcony isn't very comfortable as you'll be face-to-face with neighbors.
Problem: Lighting. Half of the ceiling lights were not working.
In the bathroom, the ventilation didn't work at all, and after a shower, condensation dripped directly onto my head from the ceiling.
We constantly kept the bathroom door open (an uncomfortable option, but there was no other choice). I don't know where one would dry towels in the summer, considering the small dryer on the tiny balcony only has space for 3 swimsuits.
The shampoos, conditioners, gels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were of very low quality.
The beds were decent, but the pillows were old, with lumpy fillings inside. You have to ask for bathrobes at reception, and they weren't in pristine condition.
The bedroom door was completely broken and didn't close properly (room 440). We didn't check the air conditioning.
Upon check-in, only water was available at the bar; the advertised cola, Fanta, etc., were missing (see screenshot with information). The reception promised to bring them, but never did during our 3-night stay. However, considering there was plenty at the bar and restaurant, we didn't bother reminding them again.
The hammam, sauna, and indoor pool in the spa were average. The pool water was cool. The spa area is inconveniently located – you have to walk past all the guests at reception and the bar in your robes and slippers.
There's a cafeteria from 11 am to 6 pm where you can have tea and pastries, with a very pleasant Russian-speaking staff member named Ira.
Also, there's a panoramic terrace on the 6th floor, which we discovered by chance.
The hotel has its own access to the sea via a tunnel, but there's very little space – a narrow beach, more for a quick dip before returning to the hotel grounds for sun loungers (see photo from the beach, where the closed tunnel gates are visible).
Considering all the points mentioned above, I would not agree to pay 45,000 rubles per night for a family room for four in August.

Guest UserThe hotel was a relaxing environment, mostly for guests over 40 and families. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I don't think young people would benefit much from this hotel. It was a decent hotel, I liked it (relaxing). Thank you very much to all the staff, they were doing their job very well.

Guest UserGreat hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food.

Everything's great! This isn't my first time staying here. There are pros and cons, but I like it. Last time, my impression was spoiled by some very loud German-speaking women who quieted down after 11 PM. I thought that's what German upbringing is all about, but alas, they showed up out of nowhere at 2 AM, screaming terribly! I had to knock on the wall.

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me.
However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away.
The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me.
In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

I have been offered the Junior suite on level 9 facing sea which was amazing . Staff is really helpful and friendly. I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach . Highly recommend this place even if you’re travelling alone

JPOosAmazing hotel with great service!
We stayed one night before a flight and it was everything we wanted.
The gym is incredible with an outdoor and indoor pool.
We left super early in the morning to catch our flight and they gave us breakfast to go.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near the airport.
We took a taxi to the old town and cost us about 500 TL
