MMARIETTA.KWe had a family vacation. We really like the hotel. We love everything about it. It's beautifully decorated. Everything is surrounded by greenery, with lots of different cafes. There are beautiful relaxation areas by the pool. We really enjoy dining al fresco accompanied by live music. The food is always varied. Fish, poultry, and meat, both grilled and prepared in various ways. There's a huge selection of salads, appetizers, fruits, and sweets. We love the entertainment, both for children and adults. The service staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There are always crisp white towels, robes, and bed linens. The fridge-bar is restocked daily. And what beautiful paths lead to the beach. A huge plus is that the hotel has its own beach. So, you don't have to go outside or cross the road to get to the beach. Everything is on site and within easy reach: a children's beach, an adult beach, and a beautiful pier.
I recommend the SERA Hotel to everyone. It's the coziest, most beautiful, and the best hotel. We will definitely come back here.

TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

Cleanliness: Excellent hygiene, no odors in the bathroom, and a beautiful balcony.
Environment: The hotel environment is fantastic, featuring a glass-bottom skywalk and a swimming pool, all facing the Mediterranean Sea – absolutely stunning!
Service: The service attitude was superb! They were very enthusiastic in helping us resolve issues, and Chinese guests even receive a hotel brochure in Chinese.

GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing. I was amazed by the fact that the buildings weren't fake, but real—it's like a city built to look like the Kremlin. We had a two-story room, which is very convenient for grown-up children with their parents (the parents' room is downstairs and lockable, and there's a shower and toilet next to each bedroom. It's cozy, I want one like that at my dacha.) Great discos, music, food, cocktails, and the beach. There was never a dull moment. The service was very efficient, no lines.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a relaxing environment, mostly for guests over 40 and families. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I don't think young people would benefit much from this hotel. It was a decent hotel, I liked it (relaxing). Thank you very much to all the staff, they were doing their job very well.
