GGuest UserFacilities: Excellent hardware, clean and tidy. Although located outside the scenic area, access is very convenient, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
Cleanliness: Very clean, a safe stay.
Environment: Located in the North Gate Market, overlooking the ancient waterside street.
Service: From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage, every receptionist was warm and attentive. The welcome fruit we received upon check-in was fresh, not something that had been sitting in the room for ages, which was a nice touch.
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the slower pace of the hotel and would definitely go back.

Kkimmaaya琵琶客棧在潮樂之城景區裏，入住的時候在大門口的服務中心辦理，但是工作人員詢問我們能否換去其他酒店住，雖然最後我們還是選擇併成功入住了琵琶客棧，但是我們覺得這種詢問是不應該出現的，我們出發前就已經訂好了住宿，如果景區裏哪個客棧無法接待就不應該上架，而不是在客人已經選擇了的情況下剛一到景區就被請求更換住宿，大老遠的舟車勞頓，剛到就被問這種莫名其妙的問題有點影響心情，這點希望景區整改。整體的住宿體驗是很不錯的，無論是整體的裝潢還是房間的衞生都很好，管家和前台都很熱情服務也很周到，挽回了在服務中心的不愉快。

MMuxiaobaiThe service is very good, the housekeeper contacted in advance, helped to call the shuttle bus, the visitor center picked up, the procedures were completed and sent to the room, and the breakfast was taken care of.
The room is very ordinary, no special features, a big bed is very cramped in the room, especially not like I choose a balcony room, the homestay is on the main street, the balcony is facing the main street, there is no sound insulation at all, the downstairs is almost even a ants breathing can be heard
Breakfast is opposite the homestay, semi-buffet, OK, but after 8:30 to wait for a long time, I have been shopping for two laps, the friends' noodles are not good, just give up
As a loyal fan who has been to a town more than ten times, this new town built by the same company cannot be surpassed in the short term. The homestay is much worse than a town.

GGuest UserIt is really convenient to live in the scenic area. The inn is not far from the entrance. The housekeeper Xiao Huang will contact the visitor center to help lead the way to carry the luggage. It is too hot these days. In the afternoon, I will sleep in the room and blow the air conditioner to take a nap. When it is cooler, I will go out. The lobby of the inn is a noodle restaurant and the taste is very good. At night, NPC dancing is at the entrance of this inn, and there is no pressure to watch on the balcony.

環境：在景區內，晚上睡覺很安靜，都是滿房的，隔音也挺好，早點是我喜歡的風格，中式的，燒賣什麼挺好吃的！
設施：齊全，基本需要的都有，很好
衞生：收拾的蠻乾淨的！進門沒有異味，有些酒店進去有味道，但是他們沒有！就挺乾淨舒適的！
服務：那個客服很好的一個小姑娘，有問必答，而且有耐心！我女兒説她聲音也很輕柔，是她遇到最好的客服了！😆

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, the hotel environment was worthy of this price and Kaiyuan brand, that is, the breakfast service was dissatisfied. We finished breakfast and gave the child a box of yogurt and a piece of pastry. We told the door that we could not pack the food away from the restaurant. Package? A box of yogurt and a piece of pastry is just! Can't children eat while walking? It was the first time I stayed at the hotel to inform yogurt and pastries that I could not bring out of the restaurant! During the eleventh period, the price was inflated and outrageous, and I spent so much money to stay in the hotel. Who still cares about your yogurt and pastries! It's like an uncle and aunt are greedy for your little cheapness and are blocked at the exit! Funny! It is recommended to replace the breakfast service staff! Don't break the Kaiyuan brand!

MM886865****Every time I go to Haining, I stay at their house. The front desk staff is very responsive and has a great service attitude. The noodles cooked by the auntie for breakfast are also very delicious, and the soup seems to be stewed with bones. The room is clean and tidy! Highly recommended

門口飯店很好吃的。古城門菜館飯店。
最重要的是環境很好。商業化不嚴重。每個造景都很好看。

__WeChat306290****I came here with my colleagues on a business trip. The hotel is very big. The lobby and appearance are very luxurious. The service of the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The bar and access control facilities make my stay safe and secure. The room is very spacious and very clean. The windows are basically floor-to-ceiling windows. It's almost there. The view is very good and the breakfast is also very good. I just forgot to take pictures. It's a very nice hotel and worth recommending!
