GGuest User潮樂之城，被小紅書騙來的。最好看的就是門口那麪潮牆。
酒店位置、設施，衞生都無可厚非，但是景區管理太凌亂了。
該酒店歸潮樂之城官方管理，當天1 0點多辦完入住，因為假期客人多，無更多固定工作人員，需要3點以後才能入住。
我們走在景區裏都要熱瘋了，全是斷頭路，導航也無法到達，一個勁的繞路。景區裏臨時來幫忙的工作人員也不熟悉業務。實在沒辦法，打電話給酒店在強烈抗議下，才在1點多入住。
第二天去觀潮，又鬧出不愉快的插曲，明明佩戴了酒店當天給的橘色手環，觀潮勝地公園大門的工作人員不讓進，處處刁難，態度惡劣，自己不熟悉業務，還覺得我們是為了省30元，讓我們在炎炎夏日裏，煩躁不堪。😣
整體來説，景區無法承接大規模的人流，服務水平降低太多，體驗非常不好。

Bblade3I chose this hotel because it's a Kaiyuan Mingting property and just opened in 2025, so I expected it to be good, and it didn't disappoint! The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, quite spacious, and both twin beds were 1.5-meter queens. I was pleasantly surprised to find the toilet and shower separate, and even a smart toilet, which made it feel like excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was large and convenient. They also offer self-service laundry and a gym. The buffet breakfast was a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a rich variety and delicious food. The 'Jiangyun' uniform worn by staff was also a nice distinctive touch.

MM14130****This time I was traveling with several families. The whole thing is OK. What I need to complain about is: I waited too long when I checked in at the front desk. Maybe it was a lot of people. Maybe it was a lot of coupons included in the package. It was registration and face sweeping. It was also a temporary problem in the room. I had to change the room. The sign was not very obvious, and it was misplaced, which led us to find the inn for a long time. The park was really too big.

Lliangba****The room was not small and very clean. The breakfast variety is small and the quantity is less. I arrive at the restaurant at 9 o'clock. Except for porridge, two cages of buns, 3-2 small pumpkins, there is almost no other. The amount is so small that I have to ask the staff for it, but not yet. The store is not fully prepared for the National Day passenger flow. Another point is that everyone who goes to the police officer's apartment, when they leave the resort, they have to go, don't do the battery car, what ”Xuandemen” station no one came to pick up. I planned to go to the resort for dinner, asked the staff at the entrance of the hotel, took the initiative to introduce to Xuandemen to take the battery car, and made 3 calls there. After waiting for 20 minutes, no one came. As a result, it took only 2-3 minutes to walk to the visitor center along the covered bridge. It turned out that it would not come to pick us up at all, it was fooling people. Entering and leaving the hotel is still on the legs. This is not to blame the hotel is a problem with the attraction, but remind other tourists, don't expect the battery car to enter the attraction! Remember!!

GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is very good, the location in the old city, the room hygiene is also very good, but there are also some unsatisfactory points. The air conditioning was broken during breakfast; I was sweating while eating in such a hot day, and the attitude of the check-in staff was really unfriendly, the worst I have encountered in a hotel I have stayed in. The front desk is the facade, after all, it is an old hotel, and I hope it can be improved.

GGuest UserI'd been looking forward to my trip to Yanguan for ages, but I was hesitant about booking a hotel, worried that a bad choice would spoil my trip. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent environment—clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, clearly explaining the hotel and the time we would be watching the tidal bore. They even upgraded us to the hotel's top suite, which was a wonderful surprise. It was probably the hotel's good fortune that allowed us to witness the tidal bore even when we might not have seen it. All of this was thanks to the hotel's comfort and the good luck we had. I hope to stay here again next time and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserI came to Xucun on a business trip and discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to try it out. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic and helped arrange the room I liked. He also patiently explained the hotel's service facilities. I was pleasantly surprised after entering the room. The layout was very good, it was very large and spacious, and there were floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it.

GGuest UserI came here with my colleagues on a business trip. The hotel is very big. The lobby and appearance are very luxurious. The service of the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The bar and access control facilities make my stay safe and secure. The room is very spacious and very clean. The windows are basically floor-to-ceiling windows. It's almost there. The view is very good and the breakfast is also very good. I just forgot to take pictures. It's a very nice hotel and worth recommending!

GGuest UserPingchu room is very good, friends also booked the inn, relatively small area, it is a pity that I did not grab the package room of the music hotel. The atmosphere in the scenic area is very New Year, and I met several gods of wealth haha (◍•ᴗ•◍) butler Xiangxiang is very nice! Questions are answered very enthusiastically.
