GGuest UserI was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

XXin^_^xin^_^Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip.
I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰

MMandiguludexiaozhuziI came to Haining to watch the tide. The photos of the room looked good and it seemed to be very cost-effective, so I booked it for two nights. But rather disappointed. So I decisively canceled the second night and replaced it with something more expensive.
The hotel is above an office building, with a dilapidated building and elevator. The carpet in the corridor was dirty and torn. The room was so small that I mistakenly thought I was staying in a hotel in Europe. . . The hygiene is average, the bathroom looks old. The sewers are still somewhat blocked. The bedding is okay and fairly comfortable.
Breakfast is very average, with few varieties and dirty environment. I had to fry my own eggs. There was only one pot and it was occupied for a long time. The food was not served in time, and it was empty after eight o'clock. Fortunately, some food was served later. The people in the kitchen felt extremely busy, and the tables were not cleared in time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a top choice for business trips and leisure travel. It offers great value for money, is clean and tidy, and the receptionist is very friendly. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the hotel. It's also very smart and well-equipped. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I need to travel in the future. My experience was truly excellent.

The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always. GGuest UserI came to Xucun on a business trip and discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to try it out. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic and helped arrange the room I liked. He also patiently explained the hotel's service facilities. I was pleasantly surprised after entering the room. The layout was very good, it was very large and spacious, and there were floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it.

WWoshijiayiI don't know where these good reviews come from! The air conditioning in the room was terrible. It was freezing cold and noisy. I caught a cold the next morning and woke up twice during the night. Secondly, the breakfast was speechless, there were too few varieties. I should have gone out to eat earlier. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, very poor quality! It is recommended not to go. I'll choose a brand next time. I seldom give negative reviews, but I am speechless this time.

TTaotaoniu414519460I came to Shanghai for work and had a baby with me. I was afraid that the baby would be bored, so I chose a lively place. I thought I could go out for a walk while doing errands. The location of the hotel, which is right next to the shopping mall, is absolutely perfect🤙
The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
