__M1375821****This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. I usually stay in star-rated hotels with my children. From check-in to check-out, the hotel provides guest-first service. I have to say that Atour's service is really good. Atour's breakfast is basically The products I selected are mostly eaten by guests of star-rated hotels. I personally feel that the breakfast is very cost-effective and the room is very clean. Overall, Atour left me with a very good accommodation environment.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

Parking is conveniently available right in front of the hotel. It's also very smart and well-equipped. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I need to travel in the future. GGuest UserI stayed here once before and had a very good impression. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the river view room. The breakfast was very good. Although there were not many things, the variety was quite complete. There were sliced bread, buns, noodles, meat, vegetables, etc. There were also several kinds of fruits, as well as coarse grains such as corn and sweet potatoes. The noodles were delicious, and the pickled vegetables, edamame and mustard tuber that went with the porridge were even more delicious. The room was very clean and included afternoon tea, and the snacks were delicious. The environment of the hotel was very good. It was in the scenic area. When you arrived, you would contact them and they would issue you an electronic ticket for the scenic area. After entering, an electric car would pick you up to the hotel. Opposite the scenic area was a restaurant for eating. This one in Qiantang Fishing Village was good. I ate there every time I came. It was a pity that the old street was not open yet, but I would come again and would choose to stay here.

AArancibiaVery nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

TTaotaoniu414519460I came to Shanghai for work and had a baby with me. I was afraid that the baby would be bored, so I chose a lively place. I thought I could go out for a walk while doing errands. The location of the hotel, which is right next to the shopping mall, is absolutely perfect🤙 The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
