Haining Hotels with Breakfast

I've always enjoyed staying at Atour Hotels, and this Light Residence Hotel's breakfast was quite thoughtful. My family especially loved the new hot pot dishes. A lovely young lady proactively offered to make waffles for us in the mornings; I even tried making them myself, which was a lot of fun, and I ate a whole one in one go! The breakfasts were all very fresh and appetizing, with excellent ingredients and textures. The cold dishes included braised beef. We stayed for three days, and the menu changed every day, which was a big plus. The lady at the open kitchen was also incredibly welcoming, and the service was meticulous and attentive. Highly recommended!

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. 

The surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

Location is great near intime mall. Room also spacious and clean. Staffs also great and friendly.

Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

This hotel is a top choice for business trips and leisure travel. It offers great value for money, is clean and tidy, and the receptionist is very friendly. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the hotel. It's also very smart and well-equipped. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I need to travel in the future. My experience was truly excellent.

Hotel Check-in Review The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding supermarkets are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation was good, and the night was very quiet. The front desk service was warm, the check-in was fast, and the local food was actively recommended. The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh.

I came to Xucun on a business trip and discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to try it out. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic and helped arrange the room I liked. He also patiently explained the hotel's service facilities. I was pleasantly surprised after entering the room. The layout was very good, it was very large and spacious, and there were floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it.

The room was very nice. Facilities: Complete facilities. Cleanliness: The maid cleaned the room daily and it was very clean. Location: Located near Zhejiang University International Campus, very convenient for accommodation. Service: The customer service lady was very friendly.

I came to Shanghai for work and had a baby with me. I was afraid that the baby would be bored, so I chose a lively place. I thought I could go out for a walk while doing errands. The location of the hotel, which is right next to the shopping mall, is absolutely perfect🤙 The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
