The experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent and offered a great variety. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Haining; it's worth coming back to multiple times!"

"First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard . Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed . Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"The hotel is located within the Chaole City of Yanguan, offering a charming and quaint setting. Our housekeeper, Xiaoshuang, contacted us the night before check-in to explain how to enter the hotel. The service was excellent and all questions were answered promptly. Although only a portion of the ancient city was open, the scenery was beautiful, and there were many performances and interactive activities. The hotel also offers unlimited entry to the ancient city and a visit to Tide Watching Park. While there were no high tides during our stay, we did see some low tides. Aside from the hot weather, this trip was otherwise quite enjoyable."

"Overall, the hotel is excellent, with everything from the scenery to the amenities. It's large, with direct access to the city's scenic spots for NPCs. The hotel and the city are connected. The lobby upon check-in exudes grandeur, and the complimentary tea bar is a thoughtful touch. The infinity pool is perfect for enjoying the night view and is truly charming. Part of the pool's bottom offers a view of the scenery below. The antique-style exterior paired with modern musical elements creates a perfect balance of modern and ancient cultural charm. The House of Music Museum is a favorite with children; even if they're tone-deaf, it doesn't hinder their musical learning. We dined at both the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and the buffet on the fifth floor; the Chinese dishes were a bit salty. The staff were very attentive and remained organized even during the bustling National Day holiday, which is commendable. As for other minor drawbacks, some of which are serious: The hotel is a bit far from the best tide-viewing spots. In other words, while the views are beautiful, it's not ideal for tide-watching. A shuttle bus is required for every trip, but it has a limited capacity, so there's a wait. As an aside, I tried to order takeout but was told it could only be delivered to the Visitor Service Center. I had to take a shuttle to the service center to pick it up. I checked within a 5-kilometer radius and found very few deliveries. It usually took about an hour to get to the service center, which was quite a long time. The air circulation system inside the House of Music Museum isn't working properly, so there's a strange odor. I'll try it again when it's fully developed."

"We booked this for our elderly family. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was proactive and friendly. Sun Jie, the front desk clerk, helped us order the dishes at the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious and affordable. They always stay here when they visit Haining because it's convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious."

"We took our kids to the Qiantang River. After extensive online research and price comparisons, we finally chose this magical hotel—the Hualuxe Haining! Check-in: Upon entering, we were greeted by a large rock, shimmering with water, giving us a gentle, refreshing feeling. The hotel's design and service were impeccable, and the front desk attendant, Owen, was incredibly attentive. Facilities: The accommodations and surroundings are simple and elegant. Hualuxe Hotel has streamlined the experience, making it a truly wonderful experience. 👍👍👍 Family: We brought our 👶🏻 along, and the kids loved the hotel so much they didn't want to leave. 🚗: Parking and transportation were convenient, and the leather market is right next door, making it a great place to explore. All in all, my trip to Haining, the Qiantang River, and the Hualuxe was a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. Thanks again to Owen for the welcome fruit; it was fresh and delicious. "I am very satisfied with the room at this price. It is clean and hygienic, with good facilities and good value for money. I am a little dissatisfied with the room. The flushing power of the toilet is not good. I am a little dissatisfied with the hotel. Of course, it is inevitable because it is in a business building. The hotel location sign in the underground parking lot is not eye-catching and clear. I still read other people's comments in advance and drove directly to B2. I couldn't find it after turning around for several times. I called to find it; then from the underground parking lot to the lobby, both elevators can only go to the mall on the fourth floor, so I called again and found out that I had to take the elevator to the first floor and then walk out of the mall and turn to another place to take the elevator to the lobby on the fifth floor. These can actually be clearly marked in the underground parking lot in advance. This area is good for traveling alone. It is not far from Xu Zhimo's former residence, Nanguanxiang, and Leather City. There is a mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and playing."
