The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard .
Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed .
Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure."

"We took our kids to the Qiantang River. After extensive online research and price comparisons, we finally chose this magical hotel—the Hualuxe Haining!
Check-in: Upon entering, we were greeted by a large rock, shimmering with water, giving us a gentle, refreshing feeling. The hotel's design and service were impeccable, and the front desk attendant, Owen, was incredibly attentive.

The hotel environment and hygiene are first-class, French style, especially the front desk Xiao Feng, the service attitude is thoughtful and enthusiastic, giving people a feeling of home. I especially want to praise his Chinese restaurant, which is absolutely top-notch. I had lunch and dinner in the hotel consecutively because I felt it was okay after lunch and tasted it again. Aunt Zhang in the Chinese restaurant also provided very good service. This hotel is worth recommending!"

"For a two-day weekend tour, the hotel will proactively call you the day before the trip to join the group, and a dedicated person will be responsible. Those who drive themselves will enter the license plate number in advance, which is very convenient. When we arrived at the hotel in the scenic area, An An took the initiative to contact us and took us all the way from the parking lot to the hotel for check-in. Since we arrived at 2 o'clock and the standard room was not cleaned well, they took the initiative to upgrade us.
The room has a balcony, facing the river, with good ventilation. The room is spacious, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, I slept very well, and it was cleaned very well, but the toilet paper is a bit thin.
The breakfast was neither good nor bad. Although the dinner was a little expensive, the set meal for two was of high quality. We had big appetites and were full. The dishes were all very appetizing and delicious. Taobao also includes the special dishes of Yanguan.
There are shuttle buses for visiting scenic spots. The receptionist at the entrance of the hotel shuttle bus will come as soon as you call, and the service attitude is also very good."

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. I usually stay in star-rated hotels with my children. From check-in to check-out, the hotel provides guest-first service. I have to say that Atour's service is really good. Atour's breakfast is basically The products I selected are mostly eaten by guests of star-rated hotels. I personally feel that the breakfast is very cost-effective and the room is very clean. Overall, Atour left me with a very good accommodation environment.

The flushing power of the toilet is not good. I am a little dissatisfied with the hotel. Of course, it is inevitable because it is in a business building. The hotel location sign in the underground parking lot is not eye-catching and clear. I still read other people's comments in advance and drove directly to B2. I couldn't find it after turning around for several times. I called to find it; then from the underground parking lot to the lobby, both elevators can only go to the mall on the fourth floor, so I called again and found out that I had to take the elevator to the first floor and then walk out of the mall and turn to another place to take the elevator to the lobby on the fifth floor. These can actually be clearly marked in the underground parking lot in advance. This area is good for traveling alone. It is not far from Xu Zhimo's former residence, Nanguanxiang, and Leather City. There is a mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and playing.

There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right across from the scenic area. It's incredibly convenient and clean. It's quiet and comfortable at night. A special mention: The owner is so kind. We booked an extra night, and after leaving, I thought I'd canceled it, but it wasn't. He realized what had happened and called me to help me cancel and refund the room, otherwise my money would have been deducted! Honest and kind people. A huge thumbs up! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit the trendy area.

The wooden decorations are matched with soft lighting, which is warm and elegant. The room is carefully decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, the linens are clean and tidy, and you can have a good night's sleep. The hotel's service is even more considerate, from the warm reception at the front desk to the proactive help in planning travel routes, it makes people feel warm. The breakfast has a rich variety and the local snacks are eye-catching. The location is also excellent, with surrounding attractions and food streets within walking distance. The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
