The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. The location is very good. It is next to the Nanguanxiang and the night view is beautiful. The hotel room is nice, very clean, with good soundproofing. The breakfast is also good [strong]. There is also porridge to drink in the evening. Parking is also free. It is very good.

The surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

Even better, it's right next to Intime City – literally, you just go downstairs and you're in the mall. The overall cleanliness is excellent. **Facilities**: The bedding and furniture are all very high-quality. The headboard is leather, and the predominantly red and black color scheme is very conducive to sleep. The absolute biggest highlight, though, is the vanity – it has a huge mirror! The lighting is also great, so you can see everything clearly even when putting on makeup at night! There's also a generous amount of counter space next to the sink, perfect for all your cosmetics and toiletries. Plus, the hairdryer is a Dyson, which adds a really stylish touch. **Service**: Standard service, but there's one thing to note: since there were two of us, the platform only included one breakfast. When we called the hotel to confirm, they immediately sent us another one, which was very nice of them. The only minor drawback is that both elevators leading to the guest rooms felt a bit wobbly. I hope they can look into maintaining them.

It's alright, very cost-effective. It's convenient to host visiting friends since it's close to home. The surrounding area is also convenient, with small restaurants and fruit and snack shops nearby, and it's close to Juan Lake.
