The apartments DIRTY,DIRTY,DIRTY and grimy with cockroaches. They only give you 1 towel in the room. Couch and bed are covered with white STAINS!!!. The dishes in the cupboard are dirty. The shower was broken. No hot water and if was full of hair and filth. The bathroom smells like a urinal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It STINKS!! Regardless of the positive reviews I read

Arrived and they didn't have the room I booked. Rather than just apologising and confirming a refund straight away, it took around 2 hours speaking to 3 different people to finally get confirmation of a refund. Original staff members tried to help but they were not authorised to do refund so it took a very long time. They did offer an alternative room but it was smaller, not what I booked, and smelled of cigarettes.

The location is good and close to many good attractions. No breakfast, poor rooms. If you book a room for four you get three beds and sofa bed. If you book a room for three you get two beds and sofa bed. No cleaning during your stay. Don’t look under the beds. It is filthy. The kind of clean sheets covers filthy old madras. Very thin sheets. We got one sheet where rats made hole in it.

Hotel was staffed by competent people. Suddenly English speaking staff have left. The hotel is now unable to process basic requests or handle basic management tasks. I wish I could advise staying at the hotel. Unfortunately it has become terrible for international guests. We were promised a room for the next morning to conduct important work starting at 8am. We were assured this would be fine. We went to bed in our normal room and found out the room promised us was occupied. At near midnight I had to advise the hotel management they would not be able to make good on their committment. The next day we had to get a new room with promise of a that the originally promised room would be ready at 12 noon. It's now on 4:30 and our workday was destroyed. This is bad coordination on part of hotel management.
