Good location on the edge of the old town. Helpful front desk and scruffy free parking opposite. Quite difficult to get to by car via very narrow streets. Clean, modern and good sized apartments with kitchen. Fold out sofa bed for my son was not comfortable with a thin mattress. Biggest issue was the design of the room: the air con unit was in the lounge area so when it ran the lounge was very cold but the separate bedroom area was warm.

The location is convenient, the environment is ok, and the boss is also nice. The price is not cheap, but the room is large and has a kitchen, so it's acceptable. Very good, I will consider it next time.

The hotel is not big but has a good location, 100 meters away from Hadrian's Gate and close to the street for eating and shopping. The hotel rooms are quite big. The two rooms we booked have spacious kitchens and living rooms, but the bathrooms are relatively small, and no one came to clean during our stay. There is an old man in the hotel who can introduce local attractions in English and recommend itineraries.

A 200-year-old historical building, but the equipment is not very good and there is no air conditioning.

Excellent location separating the old city from the new. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds, everything is quite new, it is clear that good care. Near the arch of Andrian, the sea is 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. There is a button to call a taxi at the entrance. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. Curtains blackout, but not blackout. Bedrooms 2. One is cooler and darker (small), the second is spacious, bright, but hot (full wall window)

We literally could not make ourselves leave the apartment. The view is breathtaking. The apartment is enormous. It's situated right near Old Town. This is one of my favorite places to stay at and I'll go back (if it's available! It's normally booked).

Finding this place was a gem for our one night stay in Antalya. It was such a beautiful place we almost considered extending our stay just to enjoy the room a little more. It is family owned and the owners are very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history. Upon arrival they gave us a quick rundown of the city’s history and even had a short cute video they made themselves showing imagery and videos of the city. Each room is equipped with everything you’d ever need for a short-term or long-term stay. This place is usually booked out, so if you see it open don’t miss your opportunity!!

The view is just stunning. It takes a bit of time to get used to it really. Right on the edge of old town, 5 mins away from Hadrians gate and the tram stop. The apartment is huge and fully stocked. Ended up cancelling a bunch of activities to just stay at home and chill because the apartment was so good.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with amazing views of the city. The place was pristine and tastefully decorated. Located in the heart of the city within walking distance of everything you’d want. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

We spent 3 nights in deluxe studio apartment 4A which had lovely view over the old town, sea and mountains. The kitchen/lounge was separated by half a wall from the bedroom area as appears on website. The air conditioner easily cooled the entire space. The bathroom was spacious and had good storage behind the mirror doors. Unfortunately the water in shower did not warm up enough for a comfortable shower. Ours were very quick as a result! Something should be done to rectify this issue as it was most unpleasant. However the pleasantness of the staff more than made up for this deficit. We were warmly greeted when we arrived at midnight (this must be pre arranged because reception closes around 5pm) and the day staff were equally as helpful. We were able to do our own laundry (once it was explained by staff who came to our room to demonstrate) and get great local takeaway coffee and fresh breads etc for breakfast. A nice change from the rich included breakfasts at previous hotels. Sometimes a simple start to the day is needed. We easily walked around the old town of Antalya from Arkk, loved its atmosphere and the harbour/port area in particular. Enjoyed the fish soup and grilled fish at Iskele Fish and Steak House (will leave a separate review) - that meal and location remain a highlight. Our stay was quiet apart from the first morning when we clearly heard a neighbour sneeze! I think they left that day as there was no further disturbance. Staff at Arkk Homes were easy to contact and offered a good rate booking direct. Spoke excellent English. Our stay was exactly what we needed - a convenient, quiet place right beside the old town where we could do some washing, eat whatever breakfast we desired at a time which suited us, and had the support of helpful staff at reception. They booked a taxi to airport for us and offered us the use of umbrellas when the weather didn’t cooperate one afternoon. Fortunately it cleared up nicely later. We do not travel to see beaches as we are blessed an abundance in our home country, so cannot comment about those. We prefer the history and culture of Antalya and it did not disappoint. Well worth a couple of days to enjoy, especially when staying at clean, modern, friendly Arkk Homes.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in a studio apartment. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay including a washing machine and a clothes dryer. It is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the old town. The wifi signal was strong. There was secure car parking across the road from the hotel which we really appreciated. The apartments are non-smoking which was great. I sent emails prior to booking and I always received prompt responses. Some staff spoke good English but even the staff member we met who didn’t speak very much English was very helpful and we could communicate with her - it’s always amazing what single words, pointing and a smile can do for communication. If we ever return to Antalya we will not hesitate to stay here.

Overall the stay was ok The location is great as it's close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly however they don't speak English so communication is an issue. The apartment is spacious and has all the thongs you need including a washing machine. We booked an apartment with one queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is only suitable for kids not adults.
