We rented the most expensive luxury room with a large terrace for three days. Everything is very dirty! The towel has holes! There is no door to the toilet!!! How could they not warn you that there was no door to the toilet? My husband and I were relaxing and, as you understand, we had to go to the toilet 🚽 in the lobby! Empty minibar! For three days 900€ 🤯

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Room had a terrace and sea view. Also a view of the building site opposite! The whole place needs an update. Breakfast was made to order which was great, even if it was only boiled eggs and toast. Restaurant was not open so we visited local restaurant's especially Roberts coffee who have a very good food menu. Room cleaned every day to a high standard; However sink was loose, shower door leaked and no door on the toilet.

The staff is excellent and home from home. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast is very Turkish. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the beach is a short walk away. I would definitely go back to and stay. I also recommend this as a place to stay. Location has many restaurants and a shopping centre. I loved the night staff, thank you and to the day staff. The man and woman that made my stay feel like home.
