Really it was perfect as cleansing and view of room is perfect just service not perfect And after 12 every thing closed As location it is perfect have a nice plaje Design and decoration for the hotel is unbelivable more then beautiful.

Close to the airport. Clean. Sauna and steam room. Some pools are closed (indoor and outdoor with sea water).

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

Had the most Wonderful experience here! The hotel has outstanding interior design, plenty of space outdoors to spend time in the sun, a few shops, spa, gym, pilates sessions, evening parties, good quality food and different types of cuisine, just a complete holiday experience! I truly recommend it! 😀

Best service and tasty food and the location and beach was adorable

Half of the facilities in the hotel were closed, I think these should be stated when renting the hotel. The interest was generally good. 50% of the facilities were closed

We went for the holiday, it could have been a little more fun, it was just a hotel for the elderly.

The location is very central, the sea is very nice, the hotel staff are concerned

The hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are first-class, the food for three meals a day is very colorful and the service is very attentive. Every moment you go, there is very attentive service. Alcohol and beverages are fully stocked, and the bar service is 24 hours. The hygiene is very clean The room is cleaned every day and there are free drinks in your room refrigerator every day. I was very happy and satisfied with my six days stay.

We enjoyed in our trip we came from bulgaria as a family and it was perfect kids spend so good time in pool and in mini club they did a lot of diffrent activities and they had great time in mini disco in evenings. Mini disco atarting in 8 oclock so everykids can join before sleeping

We booked this holidays for 2 weeks for the first time in Turkey and was an amazing experience in the Club Hotel Sera. Was my birthday on 1st of September and my partner suprise me with an arrangement with hotel in Mexico restaurant, table was all full of flowers amazing atmosphere, waitress, everyone smile 5 stars when we finish our delicious dinner I was ready to go and waitress came with a cake sparkling and candles singing along happy birthday and all guest join was super special I love it. Was an amazing memory for me to remember and coming back again. Want to say special thank you for this last week all the guest relation team, all the restaurant and bar my favourite was the one next the red pool I love the work they do make the smooth, cocktails everything the team in all areas they was super amazing with everyone and with us too. Everyone need to be recognised for the gifts they have and for the hard work they do. Special thank you for Esma from Housekeeping she's an amazing before the day of my birthday she make a so lovely work on my bed I was super emotional so thank you too. The place is beautiful I have been do many different 5 star deluxe but never had something like this so many thanks for our first week and wee looking forward for thr 2nd. ,:-)
