My friend and I returned to the hotel as the first visit was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional.
On arrival this time, we did no feel the same.
We had to ask for coat hangers about 16:00 (only 2 in the wardrobe) they were never delivered so had to ask again. There were flies in our room so asked by phone in Turkish for fly spray, no one came with fly spray.
Breakfast opens at 07:30, but some hot items arrived 07:45 on the first day and 07:40 second day, no staff around so asked a cleaning lady.
Waiter arrived 07:45 then made tea, so asked us to wait.
Young waiting staff on his phone leaning over the entrance stairs over 30 minutes only in a t-shirt.
My friend and I were not satisfied with the attitude of staff this time.
The hotel is in a perfect position for public transportation and the elevator worked well.

There is a tram and bus stop right in front, and it is a 10-minute walk to the Old City.
There is a supermarket (selling alcohol) in front of the hotel, and I ate takeout from the pizza shop next to it and it was delicious. I liked the breakfast the most, and it came out well as standard.
However, since it is an old hotel, the bathroom is a bit worn out and smells a little... I bring a shower filter with me, and if I didn't use it, I would have been in big trouble. I was only going to sleep, so I only looked at the location, but that was fine.
