Great location, clean and comfortable hotel.
The staff are all respectful and polite, they take great care of their guests and really make an effort. I even had special requests that they fulfilled.
The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Enough choice and fresh.
In short. As long as the prices are right, I'd be happy to come back.

Aspen hotel is very clean and comfortable. I love it for many reasons like the gardens, the pool and above all people (Deniz, Yilmaz, Effee, Mehmet, Uzkan, Safia and other whom I didn’t manage to know their names) this was my second stay and I’d love to come more and more..

The hotel was located 12min from the Tram Stop. It's check in was pretty smooth. The receptionist was very polite. 2 bottles of water was provided complimentary in the room.
It was very clean and nice. One of the Antalya museum is right beside it. The area is quite happening. It's absolutely safe for walk out at late night. Ample no. of restaurants and bars were around.
I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I made an error when booking and had to book one more night in addition to the original booking to make up for it. The receptionist helped to make sure that we could continue staying in the same room for the additional night.
The room is rather small and crammed, the shower stall is miniscule. And there was hair on the pillowcases when we checked in.
But the location is great, pretty much all the attractions in the old town Kaleici are within walking distance.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the center of the ancient city, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and within walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea. But the interior of the room is too small, the facilities are quite old, and the bed is very narrow. If you drive, there are small alleys all the way, making it difficult to drive.

Girls should never stay here or in other old towns when traveling! The bathroom was dirty and dark, and the accommodation conditions were unsatisfactory.
