First holiday trip to Turkey. Was Miracle Resort a good choice?........ Absolutely!! 2nd to 12th April Room: 2353-2355 We had interconnecting rooms as we have kids (16/13). The main room was very spacious with huge balcony overlooking the pool area and out to sea. Second room was a perfectly acceptable standard room with side view balcony (looking over the hotel next door). Both immaculately clean. Maid service and towels everyday. Minibar fridge in both rooms with premium brand soft drinks, still and sparkling water, Local beer and snacks, restocked everyday and included in the all inclusive package. All inclusive: Fantastic buffet style restaurant (not self service) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So much to choose from and such a variety at multiple serving stations. We were there for 10 nights and never got bored with the selection. Fast food booths round the pool during the day serving burgers, fried chicken *****s, chips, pizza and jacket potatoes with various filling choices. All were great quality and tasted lovely. Fridges all over the hotel with bottles of water that you can help yourself to at all times. Efes beer, 15-20 common cocktails to choose from, wine and a selection of non-alcoholic mocktails for the kids, all available at various bars around the hotel. You will not go hungry or thirsty! Quality touch that stood out was the quality of the glassware in the indoor bars. May sound silly but makes a big difference from drinking out of paper or plastic cups when you have made the effort to dress for dinner. Pool Area: Multiple areas for varying ages. The main lagoon style pool was a lovely place to be throughout the day. Selection of decent enough slides to keep the kids (and big kids like me) happy. You are issued with towel cards on arrival which you exchange for a good quality clean towel by the pool, you can take this back at any time for a fresh towel or your card back for the next day. Stand out thing here was the cleanliness around the pool and the pool side toilets which were very high standard. There is a section of beach accessed through the hotel grounds. A little disappointing be honest as the pontoon out to sea has been demolished, I assume to be replaced but we prefer the pool. Safety: Im sure, like me, you will have heard horror stories, and being the father of a 12 year old girl with fair hair and bright blue eyes, i would be lying if i said I wasn't concerned. Need not worry. The hotel security was excellent (always visible but not intrusive). At no point did i feel uncomfortable about her going off to the toilet or the water slides. The whole place had a very safe and family friendly feel. There is an in house medical office (which unfortunately we did have to use for my wife). Staffed by a nurse for first aid etc but a doctor is on call and was available within 20 mins (chargeable so make sure you have insurance). Other: Slight shame that evening entertainment was still indoors but i guess we were early
