Nice clean room unfortunately the toilet seat was broken there and no one spoke english. Unfortunately, the sheets and towels were not changed, we stayed here for 4 days, a clean bathroom where you always have to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was very mediocre and you had almost no choices, there was only tea and no other drink.

We did not find the hotel to match our criteria of a good or at least a decent hotel. The room was extremely dirty (the towels, the bedsheets, there were previous guests’ hair and drink/food splatters everywhere etc.). The hotel also seemed to have a cockroach issue since we saw one cockroach on our hotel room’s bed and another immediately outside our room in the hallway. Only one person from the hotel staff spoke English, but some of the staff truly tried to make our stay more pleasant. However, we definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The price point is high for such a poor-quality hotel.

Nice clean room. Very comfortable sleep here, beds are good quality.
Bath room was clean.
Airconditioning was new clean and working very good.
Plenty space for parking.
Reception is very helpful and people are very nice.
Breakfast was minimal but enough for people who don't take extended version in the morning.
If we go Antalya next time, I would really think of Gündüz otel again.

Family friendly, excellent staff. The pool is bigger than it looks in photos. Would be nice to the tea/coffee facilities in the room. Small issue with fridge which was quickly rectified. I recommend this hotel & would stay there again. Thank you all so much for your hard work.

Very basic room door didn't lock bedsheets not clean. Both shower and toilet leaked . Workmen carrying out work as no light on landings and hallways. Most staff pleasant however offered to pay daily amount for accommodation reception guy insisted pay when you leave then tried to charge me extra days and services like mini bar which were never used. Took cash and put in his pocket on final day I called Tourism police who insisted he returned the money that he had pocketed for nights I hadn't stayed. Spoilt my trip to Turkey not honest or genuine hotel that puts customers first.
