For an all inclusive you'll expect them to have at least toiletries in the room, but they don't. Lady at the reception assumed I'm Russian and gave me the property rules in Russian (I did not speak Russian nor do I have a Russian passport ). The rooms weren't cleaned very well, and the staff at the breakfast was rude.

The place was awful. We stayed 18 nights. Elevator never working (5 floors). No air conditioning in the lobby. The apar**ent was nice because it is a new building but it becomes old quickly. Housekeeping is good but only once a week. 5min from sarisu beach but in car not possible by foot. The pool is dirty and not filtered. The water changes color to become green and people swim. Internet is very very low. We can’t work with it. The big problem was the power cuts. We had a power cut every day during 4 or 5 days non stop without being noticing and we had others during our stay maybe 6 ou 7. The longest one began at 3pm until 6am in the morning. So air conditioning not working and fridge not working. During the stay, many plugs were not working (fridge and washing machine, we had to move them to use the other plugs). I don’t know how they are able to stay open. I travelled in many hotel for 12 years around the world and it is the worst experience i had in my life.

Staff: disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Very unpleasant people, unhelpful, they don't know how to communicate with guests and a lot of them don't know english or russian, only talks in turkish. Hotel: terrible, unclean. The pool, entrance, balconies so untidy, so unclean that words can't even describe. Rooms: even more terrible. On the second day after returning to our room in the evening were found cockroaches. (attached photos.) cockroaches were everywhere - in suitcases, clothes, bed and etc. Cockroaches 4 centimeters in size !!!! We were so schocked that we even forgot to take the photos but we took a couple of them. We started to save our things. An on-call worker was immediately called in, who did not even apologize and said he would give another room only tomorrow in the morning and its not a big problem to sleep one more night in this room. We started to raise a scandal, only then did we get a different room. The next day they didn’t even apologized and refunded return money, staff started shouting on us and cockroaches are normal and that's our problem if we got scared by them. We wanted to get our money back, because that's not normal. But the recepsionist told us "You got a different room. What do you want more? Go away and stay in your new room. You won't get your money back and nobody is going to talk with you." We just wanted to talk with the manager but he was not able and not interested in our problem. VERY VERY BAD communication. Employees are rude, no understanding, shouting at customers and don't care about anything at all. In a word a complete catastrophe…. we will never be interested in this hotel again!!!!!! NEVER. And we will write as many claims as we can and we will find the truth.
