Elanis Suites

We stayed at Elanis Hotel Suites for 10 days and it was a nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early upon our arrival and helped with any questions or needs that we had. The deluxe suite suited our needs with a separate room and a couch bed, a kitchenette and a small washing machine. They didn’t have a coffee machine or French press in the hotel room but did have a hot water kettle and packets of Nescafé, or tea bags. Breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast but with daily additions that changed each day, like borek or fruit pastries or stir fried vegetables, and each day an omelette was offered to each guest - little touches that made it special and nice. There was a coffee machine and Turkish tea available at breakfast each day. The cleaning crew was friendly, quick and efficient. The entire staff was friendly, professional and did a great job. The pool was clean and nice to swim laps. I would stay here again.

I have travelled the world a lot and stayed in different forms of hotels! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Their hospitality is outstanding that I took down the names of the people when I left. I contacted them via WhatsApp to book the place and their hospitality started right from there! When we reached the place, we were welcome in the reception by Bahar Aziz and she is a very kind person who helped us quickly settle down well. I should say that Bahar helped us a lot with everything we asked for! It was almost like your talking to a family member and not to a hotel staff. The efforts taken by Ms. Bahar to help us with our queries (Restaurants, Dental, Salon, Kids play area, etc) is truly appreciated. She even offered to book tickets for us to Dino Park. When we settled down in our room, which by itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable, we had some small concern with the room and it was past 10 at night. We didn't know that we were talking to the Boss or Head of the hotel, Mr. Mahfuz. He is so down to earth and quickly helped us to a bigger room and even helped with the luggage. Again incredible hospitality and kindness! Breakfast is served in the table,. Not a lot of variety but definitely tasty. We have two kids and we were out the whole day and every time we came back to our room/apartment, we were welcome with sparkling clean place. Thanks to Gul, Zehra, Aycan and Ela. One evening when it was raining, we wanted to get some food online and Mr. Baran from reception helped us to get all that we needed. Again its not that he helped us order the food but how he did it! Hospitality again! All in all! This is an amazing place to stay and feel home away from home! I will definitely come back to Elanis without thinking twice! Thank you Bahar, Baran and Mahfuz for making our stay very pleasant!
