Receptionist met me with accusations of no payment, which had been not true, because i presented her a valid voucher. She was behaving very abusive and embarrassed me. Next day the price on this hotel trip.com rised twice, and the day after became 100 liras even more. I don't think the receptionist is in a control of price, but this one is really an international sabotage inciter. Wouldn't ever to recommend this hotel. The food is just a cheese, greens and olives. Really nothing to be worried about. I'm sorry to entry the door of this hornets nest.

I just needed a nice downtown hotel for a 2-day layover - and as such Bilgehan did great. Less than 30 minutes from the airport (the tram stop is just in front of the hotel), meters away from shopping streets and one of the most popular shopping malls, the location of this hotel is a dream come true. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, there are small details that I would be taking greater care of if this was my hotel, but they were not a problem as for the quality of my stay. Now, don't expect some luxury or sea resort functionality, this feels more like a business hotel and is an ideal downtown hotel in terms of location, room size and transport connections.

Very bad hotel the toilet smells like urine, the shower has stains all over. The bedding is not clean. Sink is loose and you could take it out. There are stains everywhere on the floor. When we asked if we could get a new room, the answer was for a surcharge (which was twice as much as the price is) we would get a new room. Air conditioning is just loud and works as well as not at all. I wish I could give 0 stars it's a total disappointment.

No fridge, no TV. Towels changed once in 5 days. Breakfast is very poor.To expensive against the service provided.Just very central.The room also did not have tea, coffee and heater.

Stayed for one night, and at 4.47 am someone opened my door by card. I screamed, and someone slapped the door. At the reception, they refused to check the video camera. At 5.10 I was forced to leave the hotel. Women, please Be aware. Strongly do not recommend it. Dangerous, not secured, not safe.

This is the first hotel the girl at the front desk looked mean and barely doing the job. She did not want to converse and tried to keep our passports saying she’s very busy. It was so absurd for us after having been in Turkey for 2 weeks. One could say she was like people/staff at IST airport. It’s located in very busy section of the city but at walking distance for shopping and some attractions. Evenings are very crowded and busy. I am sorry to the lady and other staff - we did not appreciate her behavior nor the staff the next day when checking out. Not at all friendly or helpful. The elevator is small and must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was ordinary

This hotel did not even meet the basic requirements of a decent accommodation - no hot water for the 5 nights we were there, key cards had to be re-activated every day, room smelt, bathroom pieces rusted, now glass around shower so the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery. Staff at reception were rude and unfriendly. Safe in the room was broken and they wouldn’t fix it. Electricity went out without warning for 5 hours. Just such a bad experience. And the when asked to move to a different room it had the same problems and their response to our complaints was that this was normal for the hotel. So sad that this is the standard.

Staff are friendly and location is very good

I dont recommend Breakfast poor and discussed people the poor the Breakfast with own fork disgusting.

It was fantastic and it has perfect location and good staff with surrounding facilities
