The hotel's promotional pictures are totally inconsistent with the actual situation. The two-bedroom room actually has only one bedroom. The front desk has a bad attitude and cannot provide any explanation or effective solution.

When I checked in, the front desk gave me a occupied room. Once I opened the door, it was really embarrassing and I was crazy. Sorry, I went to the front desk to open the room again. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a while, there was not even an apology. Later, I contacted the Ctrip hotel housekeeper to find an agent. The agent contacted the hotel, but the hotel refused to admit that they gave us the wrong room🤬🤬🤬
Why didn't we contact us ourselves? Because the hotel's contact number was answered by the front desk. There was only one male at the front desk at that time, so we couldn't complain. When we checked out, it was a female front desk, who was very nice and spoke better English than the male. To be honest, after visiting Turkey for a few days, it was the first time I saw a female receptionist. Before, they were all men (and they were all very nice and there were no problems).
Secondly, the soundproofing of this hotel is extremely poor.

The room I was assigned was spacious for some reason. It was a one-bedroom, one-living room, and the room was clean. Breakfast is a typical Turkish hotel style, not suitable for Chinese stomachs. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and the seaside. It also provides valet parking. This hotel recommends checking the price from time to time after booking, as there is a chance that the price will drop at short notice.
