Hotel location and facilities in the resort were good. However, the staff of the hotel was not friendly. Some of them were rude. AC in the room were not working and got a very rude answer from the reception when I enquired about it on first night of our stay. Food was ok but not too many varieties

Let’s start off with the hotel itself ; when we arrived we were greeted with a smile from all staff, from the moment we stepped through the doors to the moment we were escorted with our luggage to our rooms & throughout our whole stay. That was a great start for our holiday. Although the rooms may be outdated to other peoples taste but honestly it was fine as we had an amazing view (great for the sunsets & sunrises which I will upload). However the house keeping could be more mindful with the cleaning of the room as my friend had to clean the room with them as they were not cleaning well for what I would expect at a 5* hotel. Room service: We ordered a few things from the menu which came promptly and fresh. We had the option to pay for it then and there with cash in Lira or Euro. Or you could pay at the end of your leave. Amenities: At the time of visiting, the outside pool was closed as this was not the season time but if you do do come at peak times , they have a water slide for the outdoor pool. Spa area on the lower ground was clean. I didn’t use it myself but I had a wonder around and saw that it was being maintained well. You have these towel cards given to you at the time of checking in which you can exchange for towels and you return the towel for your cards to use next time. Bare in mind, if you lose these cards by checking out time you’ll have to pay 10€ each card. So don’t lose them! Restaurant: We opted for the inclusive system, which was well worth it for a relaxing stress free holiday. Each meal time and day was full of different varieties and catered to different diets. The wait staff were lovely and always eager to help. However they could smile a bit more (50% of the men, they look a bit grumpy). The fruit was what I love most mainly because I love fruit but also because the flavours were so fresh and cut in front of you. The drinks from the bar in the main reception area are also part of the inclusive system, for someone who does not drink alcoholic drinks, the bar staff were lovely to point out what was permissible for me to drink and gave me recommendations based on what flavours I like. Location: The hotel is easy to get to from Antalya airport by taxi or public transport. If you really want to get to know the area get the local public transport. But make sure you have your location on and use your maps on your phone wisely as you can get lost. Most of the drivers do not know English so come prepared with Google translate. You have to get the tram and then a bus, then it’s a 10 min walk to the hotel from the main road. You can buy a antalyakart at the airport or use a prepaid travel contactless card ( uk revolut or post office) . It was less than 20 liras in total which is around 85p at the time of this post. The taxi takes around £35/40 one way. So you can guess which method of transport I preferred. To get around : There are taxis which you can grab from outside the hotel & also from the hotel the bus stop on the main road, takes you to various destinations, either backwards to the main city for shopping food etc or you can head further out to Kemer and Finike for days out etc but make sure you have cash for the kemer buses. When you want to get off the bus on the Kemer buses make sure you come to the front of the bus to the driver a few min ahead of your stop and you pay when you leave but remember the name of the stop you got on at cause that’s how they calculate how much your journey was. Or if you’re just a beach person, you can walk to your hearts content alongside the beach path which is less than 3 mins from the hotel entrance . There’s lots of cats and dogs walking along too, very friendly. Wifi connection service is great. For getting out and about definitely get a SIM card at the airport, found Vodafone to be price worthy for 25g. It lasted me for a whole week with 8g left over. Good room and bathroom but interiors are a bit old, needs a refresh. Great amenities. Overall, had a nice stay.

Selection of food was good. Everyday there are different choices. Lots of meat, pasta, vegetables, Turkish cuisine and steak

We got a free upgraded room. There was a lot of variety in food. Services were outclassed.

Great hotel in konyaalti beach area with best servives and all inclusive options. Check in took is bit longer after that no issues

The food of the restaurant is just fine in average. But it is very noisy. The staff don't pay attention to noise when they handle the dishes and the chairs also make noise. I couldn't have a comfortable meals. The hygiene was poor. The table was not clean enough. Even a staff poured the remaining ice pieces from used glasses into the ice box, apparently for re-use, which made me shocked and very disappointed.

Hotel Services food are really good

The experience of traveling is nothing more than trying different experiences. It is suitable for friends (especially those with parents) who are not used to local tastes and need to have two buffet meals to adjust their appetite. ❤Summary: Antalya’s mountains, city, and sea are all in one, all-inclusive at one price, saving time and effort. 🩷Location: On the west side of the Gulf of Antalya, about 20-30 minutes drive from the old town (there are traffic jams all day long.), and there is the beach across the road downstairs. It’s about a 40-50 minute drive from Antalya Airport. If you’re returning your car to catch your flight, it’s recommended to leave 3.5 hours in advance 😂 (no exaggeration). 💜Parking: It has its own above-ground parking lot with a roof made of plants. It is probably prepared to prevent exposure to high temperatures in summer. There is a sufficient amount. I don’t know if the quantity will be enough during the vacation season. 🧡Check-in: Check-in at 2 noon, a group of 4 people, booked two rooms. Maybe it was considered that a youth training team of a football club would stay, so they thoughtfully upgraded our rooms and placed them on the upper floors. . To carry your luggage, you can temporarily park your car in front of the hotel, and a waiter will help you take the cart directly to your room. 💙Room: Spacious and smell-free, with a balcony on one side and a window on the other, with three views of the mountain, city and sea in one. Not new enough, but nothing wrong with it. 🩵Food and Drinks: Package price, as the name suggests, all-inclusive price. Because the room type is upgraded, the treatment is also directly upgraded, including 5 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea break, dinner, and midnight snack. The main meals are all buffet, and the light meals are served by waiters. All mini bars in the room are free. The dinner buffet has very Chinese green onions and pickled radish. 🩶Disadvantage: It's probably a winter problem, the outdoor swimming pool is not open, and the indoor swimming pool closes at 7pm.

The facilities were a bit old, but the meal was satisfactory. However, the service was unsatisfactory (counter staff was unfriendly). The location was appropriate.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, as we needed it within the city limits. The hotel is well located. Nice view from the window. We had a family two-room suite. For 3 people - just right! Friendly staff at the reception. The food is not particularly varied, but you definitely won’t be hungry. Of the minuses, the water supply in the room was not replenished (we had to carry it ourselves) and the indoor pool was very small (we stayed in late February - early March, so there was nowhere else to swim).

It's great. It's clean, spacious, the food is delicious, and the location is great. I recommend it. The performance was also fun. Porto Bello is awesome!!!!
