Excellent location, in the center of the old town, very beautiful, close to bars and restaurants. The city beach is nearby.

Breakfast is below average. There was noise all night as the ground floor rooms face the back street. Bathrooms are old and shower cabin was closing. We couldn't rest well because of the noise. It's nice to have a parking lot. Employees are smiling. But the rooms are a little different from the pictures.

Horrible experience with staff who dont understand a word of english. I asked for some plain water to be filled in my bottle and I was given boiling hot water which burnt my tongue. Cheese served at breakfast was mouldy. Stayed here for 3 nights and was not given water on a regular basis, apparently 200ml per guest is offered only at arrival.

We asked at the reception to have coffee with friends. The receptionist said we could drink. When we sat at the tables, the waiter said that we could not sit just to drink coffee. The waiter's attitude was very rude. We asked the receptionist and explained that we entered like that. But the waiter again rudely said that we could not sit down. Definitely don't go.

Very helpful / friendly service from hotel staff. The location is amazing - right in the heart of Old Town where you have an abundance of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention it's near Hadrian's Gate! The hotel itself is a beauty. The room was nice and comfortable, but the drawback was that the windows face the corridor, so we needed to have windows covered and closed the whole time for privacy.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights and it was more than what we expected the food quality was incredible also the staff from restaurant to bar to recception and guest relations was absolutely superb. Really enjoyed our stay it was a small vacation for us but looking forward to come again maybe during summer.

We spent 10 days in this lovely old town hotel. It is very centrally located and even has parking spaces outside the door (there probably won't be enough in high season). The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was completely fine and delicious. I'll come to the not so nice part now. The drains in some of the rooms smell really strong. (We put glasses and paper on the drains and then the smell went away). In general the hotel is very thinly soundproofed and can get very noisy in high season. The restaurant is a disgrace for this lovely place. We always ate out. Despite this we would recommend the hotel in the low season and would come back again as the staff respond to any problems and fix them.

Alp Pass hotel is in the heart of old town Antalya.Perfect for exploring the small shops , restaurants and bars on route to the harbour. The hotel is very quaint and traditional with comfortable rooms .The en suite was newly refurbished with a very powerful shower and hot water. The breakfast was typically Turkish buffet with a good selection including freshly made omelette and eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and the receptionist spoke perfect English. I will definitely stay again.
