The kind and helpful staff, spacious apartments with plenty of storage space, good water pressure and hot water supply, nice private roof-top terrace, great for a relaxing family holiday. The location is convenient, close to buses and Laura shopping mall but not too crowded and quiet at night. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for your help with the reservation Esat Bey!

The floor was stained with stains from the time we checked in (you can see the magic of the bathroom floor towels quickly turning dirty gray), the dishwasher was dirty with dishes that looked like they had been put in by previous guests, and the electric pot was in a terrible condition. . The overall furniture and fixtures were outdated. And the provided towel leaves white particles on your face and body. But what's even more amazing is the attitude of the staff(seems like supervisor?). The room was dirty, so I asked them to clean it, but they refused in a rude tone, saying that cleaning is only done once a week. It felt like I was begging, and getting rejected made me feel even worse. The good thing is that I like cats, so I met many cats on the first floor. If you are concerned about cats, it would be best to avoid the first floor.

Best budget friendly apart hotel with kitchen in Fener. Great location. Good transport link to any part of Antalya. Amazing beach in a walking distance. TerraCity mall also in a close proximity.

Zimmer Bad und der Boden war nicht sauber. Waren 5 tage da nach mehrmaligem Aufforderung das es geputzt werden soll wurde es nicht gemacht. Genau der Tisch war dreckig von den Gästen davor. Handtücher und etc. Wurden auch nicht gewechselt innerhalb den 5 Tagen. Lage ist gut aber leider Minuspunkte durch die Sauberkeit. Ebenso waren da meist arabische Gäste wo laut waren und stören so leids mir auch tut.
