The room was not clean. There is a restaurant downstairs. The front desk may be new. Checking in and out was very very troublesome.

Hülya hanım ve diğer çalışan arkadaşların güleryüzlü ve ilgili oluşu için teşekkür ederiz. Otel Kaleiçinde tarihi dokusu olan bir bina bar ve restoranlar sokağında ama gürültü olmadı. Tv çalışmadı ama 1 gece konakladığımız için önemsemedik. Çok güzel bir kahvaltı vardı.

Eşim ve oğlumla 1 günlükte olsa bir değişiklik yapalım diye düşündük.Rezervasyonu bir arkadaşımın aracılı ile yapmıştık. Otele vardıgınızda ilk dikkatı çeken Nezahat hanımın gelen mısafirlerle canı gönülden ilgilenmesi .otel tertemiz bakımlı herşey yeni Kahvaltı doyurucu herşey mevcut fiyatları ***et uygun.Bina tarihi bina fakat oteli yenıden inşa e**işler gibi otantık bir otel. Nezahat Hanıma ve diğer arkadaşlara canı gönülden teşekkür ederim.

This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

The employees were polite, but the air conditioner was broken. They tried to do it, but it still didn't work at night and it was very cold. It should have been checked beforehand.

Situated really good bang in the middle of everything but our room got very little light from outside, also the shower could do with updating breakfast was good a variety of a lot different salads ( Turkish breakfast only )
