The location was ok, not far from centre but also not close to loudness. Room had a very old and loud AC and fridge. Felt a bit grim too, needs some freshening up!

There is also a retired uncle named Üçer who works at the reception at night. He doesn't find a solution to your problem or request, then he turns you down, scolds you, gets into verbal fights, and uses insulting sentences. If you have a problem, you should definitely not ask him for help.
The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach Kaleiçi in two minutes.
The streets are safe and decent people live there. You can walk comfortably day and night.
If you have a car, there is a parking problem.
There is a smell coming from the toilet drains. There are no ventilation windows or ventilation devices.
Having an elevator is a good plus.
Pillows are not comfortable.
Everyone was very understanding except the receptionist named Üçer. I gave the service a low rating because of this person.

We moved to a double room after staying in a triple room and were very disappointed with the smell of cigarettes from the ventilation. The receptionist informed that there are no other rooms available. It was impossible to turn on the air conditioning, and there was also a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was not clean enough upon check in. There was also hair on the pillows under the pillowcases. Good design, comfortable shower. The breakfasts are good. Nice view of the mountains. There is an elevator. Excellent hotel location for living in the center.

Otelde bir gecekonakladık hayatımızdaki kaldığımız en kötü oteldi. Otelin temizliği fena değildi kirli diyemem ama banyo o kadar eski ki temizliği bile belli değil. O da zaten eskiden yıkılıyor 2 kişilik ranza vardı ranza metalden yapılmıştı ve gıcırtısından sabaha kadar hiç uyumadık eşim resmen lobi de sabahladı sahibi çok pinti galiba otele hiç bakım yapmamış. Bir gün arayla iki gece Antalya’da kaldım. Olumsuz yorumlar yüzünden ilk gün bu otelde kalmadım. Olumsuz yorum yapanları anlamıyorum. 5 yıldızlı otel konforu arıyorlarsa verdikleri fiyatın 5 katı versinler başka otellere gitsinler.
Son üç ayda hemen hemen 10 farklı otelde kalmış biri olarak otel ***et de kalınabilir bir otel. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Merkeze çok yakın. Odaları geniş yeni oteller gibi odanın içinde veya tuvalete girerken yan yan yürümek zorunda değilsiniz, araç park sorunu yok. 7/24 çay kahve hizmeti var. Klimalarda bir problem yok, banyoda sıcak su mevcut ve hiçbir sorun yok. Yatakları rahatsız edici değil, öyle bahsedildiği gibi gıcırtı da yapmıyor.
Evet otelin odalarındaki demirbaşlar eski ama bu durum hiç bir problem teşkil etmiyor. Bundan rahatsız olan varsa kuruluş yılına baksın konaklayacağı oteli öyle seçsin.
Kahvaltı hizmeti almadığım için yorum yapamıyorum.
Bir daha gelirsem başka yer arayacağımı düşünmüyorum.
