I heard from a friend that Antalya is worth visiting the Mediterranean. It was my first time here. I looked for hotels on Ctrip and read reviews, and finally chose Crowne Plaza. Our family of three paid an extra fee to upgrade to a sea-view room in the lobby. From the welcome at the door to the reservation in the lobby , restaurant, cleaning service and dishes are all very good! You can watch the sunrise on the balcony at 7 o'clock in the morning, perfect! You must also enjoy swimming at the beach. The hotel has an underground passage leading to the beach. This design is great! It is recommended that the hotel set up a few umbrellas by the beach to make it perfect!

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

It was in August. Good location, near the sea, typical neat hotel design. That's all for those looking for the format of maximum conveniences and counting on additional offers, even for money. They are not. The hotel is compact, serves it by 2 people: the administrator (young people) and the ”cleaning manager.” So they manage to do what they manage to do, in fact, by leaving the nearby building where the hotel cafe is located. That is, if something is not working or has arose in need, the administrator's counter is often empty. The hotel itself is compact, the rooms are on two floors, except for the level of resepchen, so lifting on the first is equal to lifting on the high second, i.e. heavy suitcase, sick legs are excluded. The room for a week of stay had a problem with hot water: it was almost absent. After requests, something to do, it appeared for 5-10 minutes and not always. Suggested to change to the second floor or to wash in another room. Interesting, that when booking free rooms anyway, but in fact they were. It should also be taken into account that it is convenient to get to the hotel by car as it stands at the intersection expensive. Accordingly, the roads are heard, Alternatively, rooms with windows are offered in the wood, where the noise of unstable industrial air conditioners is available. The room has all the necessary facilities including slippers, coats, teapot and single tea-coffee bags, but are cleaned, if you just hang the plate asking to remove. Stop the family with the child in Aspendos in March, the weather was so for itself, in the evening it was cold and windy, and was pleased that there was heating in the hotel, it was very warm. Hotel comfortable, there is an elevator, we with the old mom it was relevant, the territory is small cosy and cozy, green, quiet, in the yard pool and lying, from the beach 10 minutes slow step, a number of different restaurants and bakery. Rooms are spacious, perfectly clean, beds are comfortable, wide. For home life, there were everything like home, lots of different dishes, towels, good spacious refrigerator, microwave, teapot. In general, the hotel is a great host! Very responsive and attentive person. He works for the respiratory. So it turned out that our mother had a birthday just a couple of days after the settlement in Aspendos, and what a pleasant surprise was brought to the room on the birthday cake, was unexpectedly and excessively pleasant. Any questions, requests were quickly resolved, for me this means the value of guests for the hotel staff. Other staff also leaves a pleasant impression. It is evident that it is not just business, but a real thing for the soul, Turkish raucous and care for guests. In general, without exaggeration, I can call Aspendos suite one of the most comfortable places in Antalya for accommodation, including long, comparing with other Turkish hotels and apartments of the middle price segment. We will return here with my family exactly and I recommend it to you. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Отвратительный отель и отвратительный персонал! Это самый худший отель с которым мы столкнулись в нашем большом путешествии по Турции. Мы забронировали номер в отеле на 2дня. При заселении оплатили проживание наличными 106$. Бронировали через букинг( но оплачивали наличными в отеле)Номер нам достался на 2 этаже. На первый взгляд все показалось вполне приемлемым,так как нам много не нужно, постель,душ и чистота. Но мини бар,он же холодильник был полностью забит платными напитками,мы не планировали ничем пользоваться, но и это не главное. После того как я открыла холодильник,я не смогла его закрыть, дверца оказалась сломана. Когда муж попытался его закрыть,дверца осталась у него в руках,она просто отвалилась.Сам холодильник не работал, чисто технически он работал, но не охлаждал. Позвали мастера, он посмотрел,поправил дверь и сказал,что завтра придет и проверит еще раз. Дверь на балкон была сломана,она не закрывалась и окно тоже. Через балконную дверь из соседнего номера к нам могли зайти, это не приемлемо.Мы оставили все вещи в номере и пошли осмотреть окрестности и море,решили обдумать,как действовать дальше. Само местоположение отеля нам тоже не совсем понравилось, набережная была грязная и море серое . Чтобы не портить себе отпуск, решили взять машину и уехать в другой город. В Букинге можно было отказаться от отеля до 18-00,что мы и сделали. Когда мы вернулись в отель и сказали,что хотим съехать,с просьбой вернуть нам деньги(хотя бы за вторые сутки) нам сказали,что менеджер ушел и деньги нам не вернут. Мы собрали свои вещи и уехали в другой город,т.к. в этом отеле оставаться не захотели. Когда через неделю мы вернулись и попытались решить вопрос с менеджеров, он начал на повышенных тонах говорить,что мы не его гости,а гости букинга. Сказал,что он комиссию букингу заплатил и деньги нам не вернет, что мы сумасшедшие и разговаривать с нами он дальше не намерен. Никому не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Всегда проверяйте номер,прежде чем его оплачивать!! Дальнейшее наше путешествие по Турции было ничем не омрачено. Мы жили в разных городах и прекрасных отелях, по цене даже дешевле,чем этот.

We originally booked 1 night through AirBnb, ended up extending our stay for 1 month. Over all the places we found this place really felt like home. Nice large suites with excellent staff that took care of every need we had. Ertugrul bey and his team were magnificent. - Has staff at entrance 24x7, made us feel very secure - They clean rooms every few days, change sheets, etc, - Amazing location. Safe, close to beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. - Great internet, each room has dedicated 25/5 VDSL and apparently they will upgrade as soon as area allows better. - Overall we loved our stay and will be returning in a few months. Highly recommended.
