We were very disappointed with the hotel it looked like a run down shack from the outside rooms were small no soap or toilet paper at first the TV didn't work so we had to be transferred to another room there was a pool party most of the night so we didn't get much sleep definitely would not stay there again

Service provided by hotel staff is lousy. They should be provided with more training to attend to the problems of customers. Our booking was not honored, and we were made to pay a higher room rate for the same room which we booked, allegedly on the ground that we cancelled our booking, which we did not.

Room shabby. Except for bed and a table without any drawers, no other furniture, not even one hanger. No closet. The only positives: there was a window air conditioner and WiFi

The pools were good and clean every day.
The reception was easily accessible 24 hours a day.
The resort brochure stated that there was free WiFi, but there was no WiFi at all.
Only being able to watch Filipino films and series instead of Netflix for the entire holiday.
The rooms were only cleaned when you were near your room.
Bed was good but very old and there was no cupboard to store your clothes.

Bathroom sooo dirty, toilet seat can cause accident due to missing bolts. Reportedly no show. Too noisy because the is too close to streets. Towels and linen too old. No tv signal only analog. No phone in the room
