"We had a nice stay at LeBlanc Hotel. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. Staff are accommodating. Foods at The Bistro is superb! Free breakfast was also sooo delicious!"

"The Wi-Fi was barely usable, and even the pocket Wi-Fi they provided was extremely slow. It also took more than five follow-ups before they finally gave it to us. To make matters worse, the mobile signal in the area was poor. The breakfast could also be improved. I understand this isn’t a high-end accommodation, but reliable internet and decent basic amenities should be expected. Hopefully, they can improve these areas to provide a better guest experience."

"I appreciate that this property has affordable rates and nice location but I hope that even if this property offers low rates, the service and facilities can be somehow better too. The property can charge to the guests as they see fit anyway. After all, guests come back not just because of the star rating of the property but more on the service and facilities. There was an underwear left peeking under the bed when I arrived, the pillows are like cut out foam and smells really awful, the FO needs to improve their comm skills, FO too called roughly 15-20 min before 12 nn to remind about check out. You don’t call the guest/s reminding the check-out time despite discussing such upon check-in, unless it’s past check-out time and guests have been staying beyond. It’s rude! They have a resto at the ground flr which is ok because they have a variety of meals but meal ordering starts at 8am because the staff said their chef clock in at that time. I also called in on my last night asking the resto to bus out my plates because the room is a magnet for food ants. The guy at the resto acknowledged but never came to bus out the plates. This is my first stay and definitely will not book again. I only stayed for I have an event in the area and the first property that I liked to book is already full and this was my next option."

"The room itself was pretty and had a beautiful view of the Manila skyline, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, there were someone else’s dirty socks left in the closet, and there were no towels in the room, so we had to use bath robes to dry off the first night. The windows overlooked the city, but they were so dirty it was difficult to enjoy the view. We ordered dinner to the room on the second night, and the dishes were left outside for two days without being picked up. There also did not seem to be any housekeeping service during our stay. Noise was another major issue. There was a pickleball court outside the room that stayed extremely loud until after 2:00 a.m., and there also appeared to be some type of construction or work happening nearby or on the roof that added even more noise. The restaurant was also disappointing because many of the drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, along with about half of the food options. The positive part of the stay was the staff. The woman at the front desk and the security guards were all friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Overall, the hotel has potential because of the nice rooms and location, but the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, noise, and restaurant issues made the stay far less enjoyable than expected."
