Esperava mais do hotel. Quartos limpos mas o cafe da manhã com poucas opções. Cadeiras da recepção não estavam em bom estado de conservação.

Para empezar, primero te cobraban un valor que no era el que habías cotizado por ********** segundo te ofrecen estacionamiento PERO no te dicen que es sujeto a disponibilidad, por lo que a la hora que llegué supuestamente no había disponibilidad, el desayuno es bajo, podría ser mejor, y la atención no es buena..

Unfortunately, the staff is unprepared. Collapsed parking, no room service after 6pm and receptionists do nothing. I went to the receptionist and told her that my car was blocking other cars and she didn't care, she left me talking to myself. As I had two children, I requested an extra pair of towels and was simply told that they don't have a maid and can't get them. Anyway, without any concern to provide a good service. The facilities are good and clean but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
