"The Hotel Infrastructure is great ...the service is very low poor quality. The hotel is well located, the room are big, ocean view and big space for relax. When it comes to restourant, dinner and breakfast, the services is very difficient. Dinner at the buffet is terrible. Lines before getting a table and they charge the buffet before the dinner and then you need pay again for the drinks... the renewal of food is occacional. The hot buffet run out of the main courses, and even the BBQ was not timely replaced. The lady of BBQ touched the meat with her on hand to test tenderness. The salads were ok, cheviche was good, but overall the buffet experience was bad. We had to almost beg for the drinks, and at the moment we finished, no desserts were left. The non-buffet restaurant is Ok, but it doesnt open on Mondays. The food there is good, but at the moment to charge the bill to the room, we had to pay the tip by Credit Card. Waiters said that if it is charged to the room, they dont get their tip!!! Breakfast is ok, but dont expect fresh bakery. The bread and others bakary pre-frozen. In summary, look TripAdvisor, if you look for a proper meals - restaurant at your hotel."

"The door leading to the balcony is misaligned. Because of this, you can hear everything from the street very loudly, which makes it impossible to sleep. Last time, it was the bathroom window that wouldn't close. In general, the rooms aren't well maintained. The staff are lovely, but that's not enough."

"The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night."

"I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation."

The noise is very loud in the morning, and there are also big trucks collecting garbage. The breakfast is OK because there are rare spring rolls with meat filling. It's good to get up early and run at the beach 🏃"
