"Waited 45mins for the (only) lady checking in. Finally shown to a room at the far end of floor 2, below ground level, no 225. Just above the deliveries area and facing the electric car park gate and entrance ramp. Requested a room on the top floor. Told no but given a room AT THE FAR END of floor 4, ground level, no 425 overlooking the above! Suite. Small kitchen area, hot plates, microwave. None of the following: cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, water OR kettle. 5 requests for a kettle later... nowt. Sitting area: torn sticky carpet. Blanket avaliable so that went on the sofa. Bedding clean, bed not comy. Bathroom very sad, my wife was unable to work the taps/shower. Breakfast poor as, by now, expected. "

"On getting to our room there was not a hotel guide in other than Spanish. We asked the receptionist to help but told on Spanish is available. Same when we went to the restaurant, the QR code only provide Spanish menu. The staff were friendly and tried to help but were not provided with the tools to be able to do so. Also went we asked to charge our meal to our room the staff said this wasn’t possible. In the room the safe instructions only in Spanish. See the attached photo of my partner's socks after walking around our room. I was bare footed and won't show you the colour of the soles of my feet from walking around the room as well. How dirty must this carpet be?! We arrive Friday evening, shortly after checking in I received a pleasant welcome WhatsApp message saying to reply if we have any issues. It is now gone midnight on Saturday; so far I have sent 4 messages and yet to receive a reply. This is supposed to be an international company and from their website it is obvious they are proud of the number of hotels they have under various names around the world but cannot even provide a hotel guide in more than one language. Very poor. Photo also taken of damp at skirting level to side of the bed, damp affected tiling in shower room and poor quality dirty sealant in shower."

"Facing the sea, the traffic noise is quite loud in the morning and evening, especially the exhaust noise of cars blasting on the street. Don't live on the lower floors (2/3/4). The noise is very loud in the morning, and there are also big trucks collecting garbage. The breakfast is OK because there are rare spring rolls with meat filling. It's good to get up early and run at the beach 🏃"

Trip.com advertises misleadingly; it's a real scam. Don't book here. The hotel also has terrible internet, few TV channels, and extremely rude staff. Never again. Terrible experience."

"Overcharged at checkin. Refund promised (after much debate with staff who basically couldn't be bothered) Finally got the refund in writing, told it would take some time to reach my account. Still waiting 2 months later. Multiple emails etc all ignored. As for the location, yes, quiet because it's out of town but the beach is not directly accessible and is filthy when you finally get there. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return."

"Great Hotel it's like staying on your own apartment but with the plus of having a restaurant at the top of the building where if you included breakfast on your booking, you can have it there, and they will clean your room/bathroom and tidy up the bed every day. The great plus is that you have a kitchen, microwave, oven, mini frigo bar, water heater, and even plates, knives/forks/spoons, glasses and wine cups. You can either go out to dinner or cook by yourself on your room. For the same price this extras i think make it worthy over other hotels in the area."
