Overcharged at checkin. Refund promised (after much debate with staff who basically couldn't be bothered) Finally got the refund in writing, told it would take some time to reach my account. Still waiting 2 months later. Multiple emails etc all ignored. As for the location, yes, quiet because it's out of town but the beach is not directly accessible and is filthy when you finally get there. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

2do time staying at Geotel, Calama first and then Antofagasta, is a pretty nice place, we booked thru booking, check-in nice and easy, ladies Michelle & Sarit are nice, we ordered room service that night 👍🏽👍🏽, room was clean as always, quiet place, staying right next to the beach is a pretty nice way to sleep, breakfast 👍🏽👍🏽, nothing bad to say about this brand. Well done.

It was a very comfortable stay. The people attending at the front desk, the restaurant, the bar, etc. Were very friendly and servicial.

Bonito hotel, pero con mucho por mejorar empezando por mejorar la cocina ....demasiada lentitud para la entrega de la comida,segundo la limpieza de la habitacion deja mucho que desear...tercero la habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y en verano es necesario .
Lo demas bastante bien como la atencion del personal de recepcion muy bien por ese lado.

La recepcionista Tatiana no tiene idea de nada al igual que Gladis Soto ,las habitaciones sucias ,las llaves de los baños sueltas,a las 5 PM todavía no colocan toallas ,vista cero al mar Más que que hotel Un Hostal de mala muerte solo para mineros

El desayuno no es tan variado, falta considerar leches sin lactosa, o descremadas para quienes no podemos consumir leche entera

Waited 45mins for the (only) lady checking in. Finally shown to a room at the far end of floor 2, below ground level, no 225. Just above the deliveries area and facing the electric car park gate and entrance ramp. Requested a room on the top floor. Told no but given a room AT THE FAR END of floor 4, ground level, no 425 overlooking the above! Suite. Small kitchen area, hot plates, microwave. None of the following: cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, water OR kettle. 5 requests for a kettle later... nowt. Sitting area: torn sticky carpet. Blanket avaliable so that went on the sofa. Bedding clean, bed not comy. Bathroom very sad, my wife was unable to work the taps/shower. Breakfast poor as, by now, expected.

Hotel muito bom, quartos limpos, cama grande, banheiro bom. Os quartos ficam virados para o mar. Dormir com o som do mar é muito bom. Travesseiros macios, Café da manhã com variedades. Tem frigobar no quarto também. Gostamos!!! Ótimo custo benefício.
