Our experience was wonderful. The hotel provided free, prompt pickup and drop-off from the train station. Once we checked in, they connected with us on WeChat and responded promptly to all questions we had. The hotel room was spacious and VERY clean. We stayed during the off-season, and they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. There were different types of indoor and outdoor hot spring tubs and pools which were conveniently spread out—some were bigger and some were smaller for privacy. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Dinner was more expensive than other hotels we stayed at but still affordable.

Facilities: A little old, it is an old hotel. Hygiene: Fair Environment: OK Service: Very good. The pick-up driver is very enthusiastic. He can pick you up wherever you want to visit. He took us rafting early in the morning and saw the rime, and he can give very good suggestions. For takeout, there is a drink shop called Changbai Zhiyue that I recommend, you can try it.

The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! The hotel is nice except for people smoking everywhere. Is it really necessary to have ashtrays all down the corridors? The smell seeps into the rooms and it's disgusting. Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.

The ladies in the hotel are very enthusiastic and very nice. The recommended barbecue restaurant is also delicious😋The room is also very clean and comfortable. It has the desired hotel feel. This is my first time coming to Changbai Mountain and I am quite satisfied! Before leaving, I asked the front desk to help arrange a trip to the top floor to see the panoramic view. I took a lot of photos. It was very beautiful and the scenery was beautiful. I had a lot of fun! ! ! Next time I have a chance to come here, I will choose to stay here again

It is more than ten degrees below zero outside and is open until late. The boss lady is also very enthusiastic.
